      Responsibilities:


      • Devise a marketing strategy across all digital channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email, Display, Partnerships, PR)

      • Management / execution and tracking of campaigns, focusing on ROI and conversion  

      • Careful analysis of Analytics data and setting up funnels and event data 

      • Oversee and manage website content 

      • Ability to source, hire and manage new team members to support your efforts 

      • Work with designers/developers/copywriters to improve our web presence 

      • Manage split testing of landing pages to improve conversion

      • Manage our content and social media accounts

      • Comfortable on the phone and conferences when speaking to clients

      • Full time dedicated person, working remotely in the UK or Western Europe (within 2 hours of GMT)

      What does it mean to be a Core Development Lead at eyeo?

      You will be responsible for making sure that the unit’s teams have all the support, autonomy and focus that’s needed to be successful. You will report directly to the CTO. 

      What is a unit?

      • Units are our means to scale and focus eyeo. They provide a framework for aligning teams towards a shared goal.

      • The unit is comprised of approx. 25 people:

      • Approximately half will report indirectly to you (they will be managed by Section Leads—your right-hand people)

      • Approximately a quarter (such as section leads, data scientists, machine learning experts and QA engineers) will report directly to you

      The unit is made up of teams covering these topics:

      • Desktop browser extension core development

      • Android SDK development

      • iOS SDK development

      • Ad-blocking quality

      • Industry relations

      • Within our teams, we have cross-functional groups of peers working together to build our products.

      How you can help us (with people)

      • Create the unit’s strategy, goals and initiatives, along with the teams

      • Ensure the unit has clear KPIs

      • Report KPIs regularly, and continuously work to improve them

      • Ensure the flow of information with product owners in order for them to be able to prioritize and maintain their backlogs autonomously, and to make the best product-related decisions

      • Align across the company and with other units on strategic and tactical topics

      • Continuously support the unit with goal alignment, proper tooling, facilitation and community-ship

      • People management and cross-company knowledge sharing and culture

      • Administrative work (budget, spending, hiring, evaluation, salaries, etc.)

      Job Description

      The Full-stack Developer will serve as part of a development team supporting both established projects and creating from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader and team player who is adept at both frontend and backend web development. They are passionate about technology and committed to lifelong learning, possessing the ability to apply their technical knowledge, skills and experience to solve complex/real-world problems.

      Qualifications

      • 1+ years software engineering experience

      • Must have experience designing complex software solutions

      • Exposure to all aspects of modern web application architectures, visual design, and mobile web development

      The Finance Director for an Automattic Business Segment is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with C-level leaders, business and operational executives, and other key internal and external stakeholders.       Additional Responsibilities

      • Oversee the creation of reporting packages, in support of providing business partners with timely and insightful summaries, dashboards, and KPI’s of financial results. In this role, you’ll be responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel, researching potential clients, connecting with and educating prospects, and qualifying leads before handing them off to the Account Executives. 

      This is a major opportunity to work on Pachyderm's first ever dedicated Sales Development team. Most of the playbook is in place so you’ll be set up for success, but you will also have significant opportunity to iterate and improve on it.       About the Role:

      Do you love being a customer-centric and data-driven Product Manager? Events are core to growth at Postscript, serving as an impactful channel for sales and partnership engagement, as well as for enhancing brand recognition.  You’ll own pre-event preparation work and lead generation, run point on day-of event execution, and diligently organize and document lead flow in order to optimize and measure the impact of every event.       Events at Postscript consist of sponsoring major conferences, in which we will be responsible for running a booth or participating as a speaker, collaborating with other agencies and tech partners to host intimate and elevated dinners with high value customers and leads, and running city-specific meetups for merchants. In addition, we will look to this person to provide thought leadership on future event opportunities, such as a Postscript conference, large scale workshops, and internal team events. 

      Primary Duties

      • Coordinate event logistics (travel, presentation material preparation, swag orders and shipping, invitations and guest list, etc)

      • Assess inbound event opportunities, working with stakeholders to evaluate all factors including upfront costs, expected ROI, audience relevance, and time commitment

      • Project manage event deadlines, content creation, staffing, and promotional calendar

      • Work cross-functionally to ensure every aspect of event collateral is prepared and approved on time 

      • Write thorough, results and feedback-oriented event recaps for the internal team

      • Manage event lead flow from pre-event lead generation and initial interaction through to hand-off to the Go To Market team

      • Create and maintain our event calendar (plus the corresponding attendance), including things like dinners, meetups, and customer conferences

      • Help with pre-event lead outreach/marketing and post-event lead follow ups from events, including updating our CRM

      • As the team member with the most experience running events, you’ll also be asked to pitch in and support our People Ops team with organizing our tri-annual company off-sites (these are really fun multi-day retreats in awesome cities!)

      Job Description

      In this leadership role, the Director of Digital Technology is responsible for spearheading technology strategies and development efforts while building long-term customer relationships within a growing consulting services company.

      Hands-on, seasoned technical professional who contributes to the technical vision of Intevity and its clients, and confidently leads Intevity’s enterprise clients through digital transformations.

      Responsibilities and activities are varied but include:

      Client Engagements:

      • Lead and define technology / development / platform engagement objectives, strategy and approach while developing and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders

      • Act as a hands-on solution architect and technical lead for client Engagement teams; with the ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently

      • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working and problem-solving with others as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident public speaking/presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

      • Deep understanding of software architecture, full-stack development, and platform solutions to leverage contemporary IT technologies to create best in class solutions and lead multi-disciplinary teams in the development and production of solutions that exactly meet client business objectives and goals

      What you will do

      We are looking for a Chief of Staff that will work directly with our CEO on all strategic and tactical matters driving the company forward. This role requires an exceptional leader - one who knows how to lead from principle and respect-based influence rather than authority - and who brings a great deal of wisdom, judgment and the ability to grasp complex organizational concepts. 

      Ultimately, the role exists to achieve leverage for the CEO by creating and leading thoughtful, lightweight, highly-efficient discussions and processes across a broad spectrum of situations (e.g. planning, technical development, employees, and stakeholder management), driving needed actions through the team and communicating efficiently to align people and teams. 

      In this highly visible role, it is equally important that this person is a strong individual contributor as much as a team player. The Chief of Staff must be able to work collaboratively with cross functional departments to guide project execution, remove obstacles, push to completion, and ensure initiatives meet committed timelines. This is a strategic role that requires a combination of character, judgment and people skills.

      Beyond deep understanding of how the company works, most importantly the Chief of Staff must possess a deep understanding of how Choco operates as a member and extension of the leadership team.

      • Carry the Choco culture as an extension of the CEO.
