      Our mission is to democratise access to state of the art technology for short-term rental hosts. We want to facilitate a future where hosting short-term rentals is at least as easy as managing long-term rentals.

      Today, we do this by helping Airbnb and HomeAway hosts deliver a great and personal guest experience automatically, though native platform integrations, machine-learning and robust software.

      About You

      We're looking for an experienced full-time Software Engineer to join our engineering team. Someone who has a solid understanding of web technologies and wants to help design, implement, launch, and scale major systems and user-facing features.

      You should have senior level experience (~5 years) building modern back-end systems, with at least 3 years of that experience using Python.

      You also have around five years experience using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or similar data stores. You have significant experience designing, scaling, debugging, and optimizing systems to make them fast and reliable.       BEE (https://beefree.io) - MailUp Group’s Business Unit that develops and markets a popular drag-&-drop email builder - is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join the team in North America.

      Your impact

      As a Customer Support Engineer, reporting directly to the Support & Community Manager of the business unit, your role will be to help in the adoption and use of BEE Plugin, the embeddable version of our email editor. Over 500 software companies around the world have already decided to license and embed BEE instead of developing their own drag-n-drop editor because by doing so they save time, money, and all the complexity of creating & managing a new product.

      Your core responsibilities will be:

      • Assist prospects in the discovery of BEE Plugin features, at a technical level.

      • Help new customers in the implementation of the editor within their SaaS application.

      • Support existing customers when their support requests are escalated to you.

      • Help the development team by performing technical troubleshooting on those escalated tickets.

      You will carry them out by:

      • Becoming an expert user of BEE Plugin, the embeddable version of the BEE editor.

      • Becoming very familiar with the sample code that prospects use to build Proof Of Concepts with BEE Plugin, and contribute to the code base, whenever able to do so.

      • Becoming intimately familiar with - and a contributor to - BEE Plugin technical documentation, which helps prospects understand the potential of the product & build prototypes with it, and helps customers implement the software in their SaaS applications.

      The Acquisition team at Vivante Health is seeking a junior graphic/digital designer to produce collateral geared toward lead generation and lead nurturing, as well as supporting needs for the sales team.       Responsibilities

      - You will be responsible for creating and maintaining company KPI dashboards so everyone across the company can monitor our performance (we are transparent and data-driven), and team leads can make informed decisions. This means writing a LOT of SQL -- and making sure the data is accurate and reliable.

      - Then, you will explain those metrics to leadership and each team, making sure they understand the ins-and-outs of the data. As a data analyst, you know that there are caveats behind every single chart; it’s your job to make sure that your audience understands it too when they make business-critical decisions. This may come in 1:1 meetings, team meetings, or deep dive sessions.

      - You will also be called on and counted on for supporting ad hoc requests from the leadership, and to help with preparing board decks. These may happen last-minutely and urgently, and you’ll be expected to act quick, without compromising quality.

      - To do all of these, we need a solid foundation of data warehouse and architecture. Together with your manager, you will build and maintain our data warehouse and architecture. That means working with engineering to integrate new data sources (as our teams adopt new internal tools).       Experience you bring:
      • Bachelor's or masters, preferably in computer science, data science, engineering or equivalent.
      • 7+ years of experience as a Sr. Product Manager in the tech industry.
      • Deeply data-driven, you can easily combine data from multiple sources and turn data into insights that illuminate new perspectives on how our business operates or should operate.
      • Some previous experience in engineering, research, or high level ability to code and perform data analysis through SQL is highly valued. 
      • Working experience with video management solutions and network video recorders is highly valued.
      • Experience working with products that use machine learning, AI - ideally computer vision.
      • A track record of success and growth owning the full life-cycle of products, and demonstrably improving financial, engagement and quality metrics. 
      • Experience and success with high-tech products targeting B2B markets.
      • A bias towards action and comfort in turning ambiguity into strategic execution plans.
      • A strong design sense and ability to work with designers to build products and user experiences that greatly simplify complex tasks.
      • A natural ability to be an advocate for developers, both within our company, but also advocating for developers as our users.

      • Strong partnership with marketing to develop website collateral around products and how they are marketed.
      Objectives:

      In your first month, you will start off by learning the ropes. You will:

      • Get familiar with our product, as well as the Customer and Engineering Teams. We would like you to take this time to get comfortable working with what we’ve built and who has helped build it so far, and give us the feedback only a fresh perspective can bring.
      • Learn about the distinctive challenges that we are currently facing as we make progress towards our product roadmap.

      In 2 months, you start putting yourself out there. You will:

      • Take ownership of a major product on the roadmap. You'll work with engineering and design to develop a document that details specific product and feature requirements.
      • Join customer calls and start interviewing users directly to help better understand their experiences and identify areas of potential product improvement.

      3 months down the road, you will:

      • Lead user testing efforts both internally and externally, with a focus on user experience and accessibility.
      • Work with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience Teams to prepare for the launch of your first product.
      • Evangelize the products and features that you have worked on to ensure that everyone understands the value they provide to our users.

      6 months later, you will have completed your first major release to the general public. You will:

      • Provide a significant contribution to Clarifai's ongoing product strategy.
      • Drive growth and adoption of Clarifai's products through creative and innovative experiments.
      • Help build the product team by interviewing new product managers. When they join us, you'll coach and mentor them, so that they can learn and grow.

      As you get started:

      - Work with our customers & customer facing teams to identify with a mix of data & intuition the right features to drive adoption, increase usage, renewals, and upsells. 

      - Work with engineering to design & implement customer facing features in an iterative fashion. As part of this, you’ll need to run the sprint cadence end to end -- from planning meetings, standups, retros, etc

      Position Summary

      Marqeta is looking for experienced, customer-facing project managers to work with our customers, payment networks, banks, vendors, and multiple cross-functional teams to ensure our customers’ programs are delivered successfully.  

      You will work with some of the world’s most innovative companies to get Marqeta’s modern card issuing tools and infrastructure in place.  And then you’ll keep managing those customers to ensure everything is working perfectly.       Primary Responsibilities

      This role is about working with both our customers, and multiple cross functional teams, to ensure our customers’ programs are successfully delivered. Here's some key expectations:

      What you will do

      We are looking for a Chief of Staff that will work directly with our CEO on all strategic and tactical matters driving the company forward. This role requires an exceptional leader - one who knows how to lead from principle and respect-based influence rather than authority - and who brings a great deal of wisdom, judgment and the ability to grasp complex organizational concepts. 

      Ultimately, the role exists to achieve leverage for the CEO by creating and leading thoughtful, lightweight, highly-efficient discussions and processes across a broad spectrum of situations (e.g. planning, technical development, employees, and stakeholder management), driving needed actions through the team and communicating efficiently to align people and teams. 

      In this highly visible role, it is equally important that this person is a strong individual contributor as much as a team player. The Chief of Staff must be able to work collaboratively with cross functional departments to guide project execution, remove obstacles, push to completion, and ensure initiatives meet committed timelines. This is a strategic role that requires a combination of character, judgment and people skills.

      Beyond deep understanding of how the company works, most importantly the Chief of Staff must possess a deep understanding of how Choco operates as a member and extension of the leadership team.

      This includes:

      • Carry the Choco culture as an extension of the CEO.

      • Drive operational and planning processes to completion in partnership with the whole leadership team.

      • Own ad-hoc projects small to large: this could include implementation of new tactical initiatives, research and providing intelligence, expansion explorations, strategic partnerships, and more.

      • Review and potentially prepare internal and external communications: reports, speeches or presentations.

      • Monitor information flow, act as a gatekeeper, ensure the CEO’s involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right moment.

      • Manage team meetings, including planning, agenda, notes and execution of action items. Distill discussions and thoughts into strategic plans. Facilitate preparation for internal and external meetings.

      • Develop and execute impactful long term strategy for the company

      • Be involved in all top-level decisions, act as a sounding board to the CEO and Exec leadership for new ideas and initiatives, and prioritize and lead projects.

      What You'll Need

      • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional colleagues.

      • Exceptional and demonstrated business and product judgment. In spite of this role being administrative in nature, the CoS needs to have strong independent product and business judgment, i.e. be "right a lot" when it comes to making calls in these domains.

      • Strong operator. We need a leader who is great at creating structure, organization and (lightweight) process and getting everyone aligned within them. Strong prioritization skills and discipline are critical.

      • Has a 6th sense for identifying important strategic priorities to direct CEO focus on

      • Exhibits optimistic leadership and resilience. The CoS must look around at the sea of execution challenges and see them as a great puzzle to be solved. We should never hear this person complain or commiserate or talk about how everything is "broken;" rather, he/she must seek out problems and solve them, continually striving to make Choco better, stronger, faster. He/she must also be naturally enthusiastic to the point that they infect others, which ups everyone's game. Must have a bias for action and accountability.

      • Customer Obsessed. This person must be motivated by doing the right thing for our customers, externally and internally. She/he must establish and operate from first principles rather than being an order taker. He/she will not only "take the hills," with respect to the inner workings of Choco, but also identify the hills to take, i.e. be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the way we work, prioritize appropriately and jump in without prodding.

      • An extremely organized critical thinker - your project plans are always detailed, up to date, and digestible, and you're comfortable setting and holding people accountable to deadlines.
