      We live in the age of SPAM. The two main sources of it are recruiting and sales. Why can’t the good companies and good employees just find each other? Why can’t businesses just sell to happy clients?


      It boils down to competition - companies fight for the best talent and for the best clients. Some throw piles of money at external agencies, some try to abuse the contacts of their staff. The SPAM is just a side-effect of a process designed to minimize the cost - but ending up inefficient and expensive in secondary costs.


      Every industry veteran will tell you one thing - the best deals and the best hires are not made by ‘solutions’ - they are made by people. People with vested interest in the success of the business they work with. Today, these people are locked in a contract, bring in a ton of business and get a small cut. Or they are spammed for favors, help occasionally and get nothing for it.


      And they hate it. In 2019 in the UK alone there were 8,450 new recruiting agencies started by top recruiters leaving their jobs and setting up solo or in small groups. Sales staff deals with this by doubling the churn rate compared to any other role, always hunting for a fairer commission.

      On top of that, there are people who have much better access to talent than recruiters and better access to clients than sales staff - but they are left untapped. Why wouldn’t a tech company collaborate on recruiting directly with a talent pool built around an open source project? Why wouldn’t a SaaS business distribute through folks who offer training workshops in the relevant vertical?

      At its core, this is a coordination problem. As a company: How do I find and on-board all these external partners? How do they learn about what I need and how do I weed through and prioritize what they send me back? How do I identify and fairly pay the ones who deliver value?

      Primeflow is our answer to these questions, enabling companies to work with external partners who make recruiting and sales happen.

      The product


      Primeflow enables companies to set up direct acquisition channels through scalable partnerships with external contributors. Our pilot has a mix of growth companies who look to recruit a lot, b2b businesses who want to sell through ecosystem partners and VCs who want to coordinate their startup scouts.


      At the heart of Primeflow is it’s reputation engine powered by a layered dataset of:

      • demand & supply data

      • relationship linkage

      • transaction data


      While managing the coordination between companies and their partners, we build a clear picture of what is being requested & delivered, between which parties and at what price.

      You are a versatile engineer, up to speed with modern web technologies, engineering practices & devops. You will appreciate our automatic push pipeline, have a thing to say about our system architecture and pull your weight in our stack of Angular/NodeJS/GCP.


      You also want to be immersed in the product process, talk to customers, brainstorm solutions and have a voice in the direction of our product and our company.

    • JavaScript Developer

      We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important


      RESPONSIBILITES

      • Developing new user-facing features using React.js

      • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

      • Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

      • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers


      SKILLS

        As Partner Manager you are the connection pillar between our partner community and Frontastic.         We live in the age of SPAM. The two main sources of it are recruiting and sales. Why can’t the good companies and good employees just find each other? Why can’t businesses just sell to happy clients?


        It boils down to competition - companies fight for the best talent and for the best clients. Some throw piles of money at external agencies, some try to abuse the contacts of their staff. The SPAM is just a side-effect of a process designed to minimize the cost - but ending up inefficient and expensive in secondary costs.


        Every industry veteran will tell you one thing - the best deals and the best hires are not made by ‘solutions’ - they are made by people.           This is a remote role working as a part of a global, distributed team spanning 5 continents.               About the team:

              The SRE team works as a support for the whole organization, from the different engineering groups to the sales and stability of the product. While we do oversee the incident management framework, we work to minimize the number of incidents via automation and tooling for the larger engineering team. The SRE team will focus on two big areas: stability and enablement.

              Stability because the SRE team is the frontline defense around issues and outages (e.g. cloud crashes, DDoS). The team will build the tooling needed to respond to these incidents and be prepared for the unexpected. This includes a 24/7 on-call rotation and working with other teams to prepare for incidents (e.g. more observability, alerting framework)

              Enablement because the team provides some of the core services that the rest of engineering relies on (e.g. kafka, kubernetes). They also empower developers to ship their code to production in a safe and repeatable way. This means working on different developer tools to provide more observability, better testing capabilities, and a smoother deployment process. Much of this is done by writing and using tools to further automation of rote or dangerous tasks.

              Right now the team is split between US and EU timezones to provide follow the sun coverage. Often coordination will have to take into account lag, timezones, and autonomy. The goal being to have SRE resources available whenever the company needs them.

                In this role, you will:

                By 2025, we expect to place 1M students per year into the workforce. Customer Success is essential to our growth, it’s who we are. OpenClassrooms is a small, fast-growing, and globally distributed company, so you’ll likely get to work on many projects across the organization. That said, here are some things you’ll probably do:

                Manage from end-to-end our client relationships, including employer onboarding, regular status updates on the program progress and any escalation process with customers.

                • Manage the relationship with all client contacts at the Employer level, including the HR sponsors and stakeholders, and serve as a strategic advisor to our B2B clients to ensure the success of our program service delivery
                • Build scalable processes and dedicated tools to provide a premium Employer Journey for all our International clients
                • Build and maintain Internal Dashboards to provide KPI of our B2B Programs to OC organization.
                • Make sure OC complies with all contractual requirements related to our programs (onboarding/notifications), and keep OC processes aligned with the ISO certification guidelines
                • Work with OC Business Development Team to make sure our partnerships align with business and market needs
                • Build and manage engagement programs that delight customers, secure customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving high renewal rates and low churn while influencing up-sell
                • Contribute to creating a unique, modern, and relevant tone of voice to interact with OpenClassrooms’ customers
                • Route specific queries to other departments when appropriate. You should be comfortable discussing product capabilities and being the employer’ voice internally
                • Organize, analyze, and escalate employer feedback to help our Product Team improve our educational platform
                • Experiment through iterations with a continuous improvement mindset in order to improve our internal processes and create efficiencies

                DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

                • This is a remote position (preferred east coast time zone) with travel to Paris every quarter or so and an onboarding period of 1 to 3 months onsite. Remote experience is a must

                ABOUT THE ROLE

                As Partner Manager you are the connection pillar between our partner community and Frontastic. You will work closely with the executives, the sales departments and developers of existing and potential business partners and agencies in order to generate joint business. You have a background in partner management in the Software as a Service industry and ideally a deep understanding of the E-Commerce industry. You are communicative and love to talk to C-Level and decision-makers of potential partners on equal terms.

                WHAT YOU'LL DO

                • Partner with sales to drive partner sourced referrals and effectively co-sell with agency partners.

                • Lead and collaborate with the Frontastic marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies (new integrations, new features, new markets) with new and existing partners.

                • Work with partners to drive joint marketing initiatives through events and other marketing campaigns.

                • Work closely with the Frontastic product and client success teams to ensure smooth on-boarding experiences and servicing processes of acquired new customers using partner integrations via the Frontastic platform.

                • Deliver compelling capabilities demonstrations of the Frontastic platform and address high-level technical questions, serving as a subject matter expert around how customers use Frontastic to build seamless user experiences.

                • Act as a primary point of contact/product owner for solution and partnership.

                • Plan, organize, lead, and control balanced revenue growth, continued customer awareness and customer satisfaction with a long term, multiyear focus.

                HOW WE WORK

                We're a 100% remote-native company. We make intensive use of tools like Slack or video conferencing. We try to find a good balance between focused work and communication or in other words between asynchronous and personal communication.

                We don’t have fixed expectations regarding working hours and it's normal for us to be able to take care of private matters during the day - e.g. visits to the doctor or picking up children from school.

                We meet four times a year in person: one five-day retreat and three two-day retrospective focused meetings.

                COMPENSATION

                For this particular job we are offering to pay between 80.000 € to 100.000 € based on experience and skills. Optionally you can get Virtual Shares from our Virtual Shares Options Program (VSOP) as part of your compensation. In addition, we offer 28 vacation days and €200/month co-working stipend. Since we currently work from 9 different countries (and counting), it's very difficult to offer consistent  benefits beyond that. We strive to find a good balance between local laws and conventions, and a general fairness. And we're always open to your suggestions.

                About the Role

                Job Duites
                • Work with the various sub-functions to drive and deliver mission critical projects.
                • Work with the Security Strategy function to understand prioritization and quarterly goals.
                • Produce dashboards, roadmaps, plans and documentation to support project efforts, communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations.
                • Schedule and run standup meetings, identifying action items and addressing blockers to keep projects on track.
                • Improve process inputs, streamline workflows and project management tools.
                • Own non-technical aspects including coordination, documentation, and process improvement.
                Experience
                • Minimum of 3+ years experience working as a technical project manager or similar role. Background in FinTech or Proprietary Trading a plus.
                • Working knowledge of project and work stream management tools such as Jira, Trello, Wrike, and Confluence.
                • Tenacious, self starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill into actionable project plans.   
                • Superb organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing productivity, with a focus on value and not getting caught up on process.
                • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and eager to ask questions and understand business and product objectives.
                • Resilient determination to push projects through to completion, regardless of how often priorities and deadlines may shift in a dynamic environment and rapidly growing industry.

                About Product Growth Analytics at CircleCI

                You will be a member of CircleCI's data science and analytics team reporting to our director. The data science and analytics team is focused on improving our product experience and building a data-driven product culture.

                You will be embedded into CircleCI's growth practice. The growth practice is four teams spanning Product and Engineering. Each growth team is led by a product manager and supported by an analytics lead (that’s you!).

                Growth teams deliver measurable improvements to our product experience. To do so, they collaborate across CircleCI’s entire organization, including product, design, and marketing as well as application and data engineering.

                What you’ll do:
                • Be a brilliant analyst: Turn business problems into research plans. Leverage data from the data lake, data warehouse, third parties, and source systems. Work confidently with clean and messy data. Aggregate, clean, and explore. Soundly use statistics and probability. Tell compelling stories. Build impactful visualizations. Present insights to peers and executives. Drive action and outcomes. Turn repetitive analyses into dashboards.
                • Lead analytics for a product team: Partner with product managers. Brainstorm ideas, experiments, hypotheses, and roadmaps. Collaborate to fully understand context, needs, vision, and outcomes. Ask smart questions. Set team goals. Define, document, monitor and forecast KPI. Perform root cause analyses on key metrics. Define requirements for developers to improve data instrumentation.
                • Understand our product and customers: Analyze product features, journeys, and life cycles. Drive conversion, engagement, and efficiency across our funnel. Focus on activation, monetization, engagement, and retention. Identify customer characteristics and behaviors. Improve segmenting and cohorting.
                • Leverage a growth toolkit: Define the models, paths, and loops of growth. Identify and prioritize opportunities for incremental improvements. Work in cycles of build, measure, and learn. Define, implement, and interpret A/B tests and other experiments. Educate stakeholders on statistical validity. 
                • Build a growth practice: Scale success. Celebrate fast failure. Mature from one-off tactics to repeatable processes. Define best practices. Embrace not just quantitative, but qualitative; not just analytics, but creative thinking. Define requirements for data engineering to improve data, automation and analytics capabilities. 
                What we're looking for:
                • Three years of analytics experience: At least three years of analytics experience. Prior experience in an analytics role specifically focused on product or growth is highly preferred
                • Experience at a high-growth company: Analytics experience with high-growth businesses. Ideally, those with well-defined, product-enabled funnels and complex, high-volume customer flows.
                • Technical education: A bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance).
                • Proficiency across analytics tools: Deep experience with analytical SQL queries (e.g., inner/left/right joins, CTEs, and window functions). Some experience with scripting within a notebook environment, preferably using Python, Pandas and Jupyter. A desire to grow your modeling, machine-learning, and data-science skills. Familiarity with basic statistics (e.g., distributions, experiments, significance testing, and linear regression).  Experience with a major analytics/visualization platform (e.g., Tableau or Looker). 
                • Proficiency across growth tools: Productive with growth tools. Specifically a product or events analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude or Segment) and an AB testing tool (e.g., Optimizely or  VWO).
                • Right soft skills: Passion for data, discovery, and problem-solving. Curious; confident; open to questioning assumptions and being questioned. Effective communicator across technical and business audiences.  Able to manage stakeholder expectations and work with hands-on executives. Entrepreneurial; fast-moving; able to balance vision and execution; and not easily discouraged. Instinct for value, and focused on the incremental.
