The Production Coordinator must be fluent in English and adept at communicating effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds including our Content Creators. 

Demonstrate discipline in adhering to established rituals and maintaining accurate records, possess a strong sense of budget management, and meticulously and diligently follow established forecasts. 

Be a proficient communicator, capable of understanding and implementing communication strategies that are specifically geared towards sales.

Main Responsibilities

• Accurately track and update processes documents and platforms such as repository, image and video usage, for all photo, video production and content creator requests.
• Process footage from content creators and video productions for projects per quarter.
• Source, negotiate and hire 10 new content creators proposed by other members of the team per quarter.
  

• 3+ years of experience as Production Coordinator or similar roles is a must
• Upper intermediate English level is a must
• Budget management experience is a must
• Content creators/influencers management/hiring experience is a must
