[Hiring] QA Lead @LucaNet

We are on the lookout for a dynamic QA Lead to spearhead our Quality Assurance team. This pivotal role involves managing both automation and manual QA engineers, ensuring the fusion of management acumen with hands-on technical expertise. As a QA Lead at LucaNet, you will not only manage and mentor your team but also actively participate in technical discussions, perform code reviews, and understand the intricacies of manual testing processes. • Team Management: Direct and mentor a diverse team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation. 
• Testing Strategy Alignment: Develop and align comprehensive testing strategies across LucaNet, ensuring uniformity in standards and processes for both manual and automated testing. 
• Hands-On Technical Oversight: Engage in code reviews and possess a strong ability to read and understand code, particularly in Java, Node.js, and .NET, to ensure the highest quality of software development. 
• Framework Enhancement: Advance our automation framework to support continuous testing, integration, and delivery, with an eye towards efficiency and efficacy. 
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence in all software products. 
• Continuous Improvement: Spearhead the charge in process improvement, incorporating best practices, and keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements. 
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in German at least to the B1 level, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within a diverse team environment. 

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading QA teams, with a strong emphasis on both automation and manual testing. 
• Technical Proficiency: Solid programming skills in Java, Node.js, and familiarity with .NET. The ability to perform code reviews and understand the technical depth of testing strategies is essential. 
• Testing Tools Expertise: Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks, such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or JUnit, with a preference for experience in Playwright. 
• Industry Experience: A minimum of 4 years in test automation and quality assurance, with a comprehensive understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD.
