Alabama Solutions is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to play a pivotal role in crafting user-centric design solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and user needs
• Translate client requirements and feedback into innovative design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design decisions
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience as UX/UI Designer

• 4+ Years of experience working in E-Commerce
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio
• Figma proficiency
• Zero-to-One Development Experience
• Design Thinking approach
• Customer success-oriented
• Experience working in a client-facing role
• Fluency in English is a must
• Experience Working with US or Canada Clients is a plus!
