We are currently seeking to fill this role in order to fine tune operations processes and customer success systems, while identifying and resolving impediments to sophisticated reporting tools. By helping our automotive dealership partners grow their revenues by millions of dollars while driving enormous increases in profits, service bay efficiency, and new customer relationships, our business has scaled significantly over the previous year. To top it off, we are contributing to an improved safety and performance experience for thousands of vehicle buyers hitting the road each month.
- We are looking for a few intelligent, data-focused, and team-oriented individuals to manage a variety detailed processes involving data, operations and customer success in the United States for BizzyCar by strategically analyzing our standard protocols. As a key player on the BizzyCar team, you’ll bring analytical ability to our incredible team. You’ll join a high performance, rapidly moving, mission-driven team focused on the success of our client partners.
- Total compensation opportunity over $65,000. Company paid medical insurance. Potential equity benefits for top performers.
-Support product feature launches, develop and maintain customer documentation processes and training records.
-Support company operations by developing customer support procedures, marketing timelines, and sales processes by developing SOPs and systems to complement the sales team.
-Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to help the engineering team shape product development cycles.
-Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship new, impactful features by authoring support specs, defining support tooling requirements, and coordinating support readiness.
-Stay up-to-date on all new BizzyCar technology features, and be fully aware of the product roadmap and product cycles.
-Responsible for driving operational excellence by improving support processes and removing issues at source.
-Initiate concurrent projects from as early as ideation, and oversee rollout to completion.
-Manage key support initiatives to improve the customer support experience.
-Bachelors degree; future plans to complete an MBA / in process of obtaining an MBA
-1+ years of experience in a role delivering or enabling 1:1 customer support for business-to-business or enterprise services.
-Excellent factual communicator with the ability to clearly explain technical steps to a non-tech savvy listener.
-Exhibit a balance of analytical and interpersonal skills which serves a variety of audiences (primarily internal but with some external).
-Superior written and spoken communication and ability to develop presentations.
-Passion for ensuring a world class set of systems and processes through attention to detail and nuance.
-Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience using operational metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to prioritize and move to action.
