      We are seeking a full time Marketing Manager with excellent analytical skills and a proven track record in PPC to lead our marketing efforts. As a high growth SaaS business we are seeking an exceptional candidate to drive campaign output across all digital channels. You will work directly with the founder to help us reach ambitious growth targets. 



      Responsibilities:


      • Devise a marketing strategy across all digital channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email, Display, Partnerships, PR)

      • Management / execution and tracking of campaigns, focusing on ROI and conversion  

      • Careful analysis of Analytics data and setting up funnels and event data 

      • Oversee and manage website content 

      • Ability to source, hire and manage new team members to support your efforts 

      • Work with designers/developers/copywriters to improve our web presence 

      • Manage split testing of landing pages to improve conversion

      • Manage our content and social media accounts

      • Comfortable on the phone and conferences when speaking to clients



      Key Requirements:


      • Full time dedicated person, working remotely in the UK or Western Europe (within 2 hours of GMT)

      • Fluent in written and spoken English, excellent communicator, knows how to listen

      • Knowledge of all digital channels: PPC, SEO, email, social, content, display

      • PPC knowledge is particularly important with the ability to understand what our tool does and the problem it solves for our clients 

      • Experience in SaaS tools is preferable

      • Comfortable with a high level of initiative and a clear focus on delivering results

      • Flexible, adaptable and organised

      • Available on Skype / Slack (primary means of communication) during working hours

      • You will directly manage 5-10 Google Ads accounts, spearhead strategy, and build strong relationships with a variety of clients.

      • You are an expert in Google Adwords with minimum 3+ years experience managing campaigns on Search, Shopping, and YouTube. Preferably within an agency setting.

      • You know exactly what to do to improve PPC performance within minutes of looking at an account.

      • You're comfortable stepping in and taking full control of ad campaigns for clients across a variety of industries.

      • Additionally you'll have the full support of an expert team to collaborate with, seek guidance from, and help you to significantly improve upon the foundation you've spent the past 3-5+ years building.

      WE'RE LOOKING FOR STRONG, IMPACTFUL WORK EXPERIENCE:

      • Expert in Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube campaign management.

      • You LOVE data and have a strong analytical aptitude.

      • Google Analytics, Scripts, Sheets, Pivot Tables, VLookup, Supermetric, etc.

      • You have directly managed large budget campaigns, with results to show.

      • Strong experience scaling campaign budgets while maintaining ROI.

      • Hands-on landing page creation and conversion rate optimization.

      • Expert with conversion tracking, complex attribution, and goal tracking.

      • You’re enamored by the industry, at the top of your game, continually improving your knowledge by diving deep into industry blogs and more importantly via experience.

      • You’re willing to speak up, collaborate, and advocate for your ideas.

      • You’re an analytical as well as conceptual thinker, someone able to create a range of ideas and strategies for campaigns along with having total confidence in your execution and communication with clients.

       MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:

      • Responsible for day-to-day management of Google Ads / PPC marketing campaigns across a variety of client accounts.

      • Account build-outs, restructuring, ongoing optimization, and scaling

      • Achieves quarterly targets for each account while also managing client expectations and communication.

      • Track and report on campaign results, provide data-driven insights, and hold weekly/monthly client calls.

      Job brief

      You will be obsessed with growth, focused on finding us new customers, work hard to increase our conversion rates and optimize our platform ultimately helping us to grow revenue. You will distribute your time between creating and executing on new growth oriented initiatives and managing the current marketing team. We expect about an 80/20 split between your own growth-oriented projects and the management of our current small team.

      You will be busy with

      • Develop product marketing strategies

      • Serve as a bridge between the Product team and the Marketing team

      • Monitor metrics across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

      • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies

      • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy

      • Evaluate project using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

      • Team management and tasking

      • Onboarding of new marketing team members

      • Connecting marketing members into overall marketing plan

      • Connect marketing team and their efforts to overall product roadmap and business plan

      • Execute new marketing initiatives

      We’d like you to have

      • Experience running successful marketing campaigns

      • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Analytics, PPC (Facebook and Adwords), SEO, Email and SMS marketing, email automation, AB testing, copywriting, content and social media, also solid knowledge of Mixpanel and Asana

      • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

      • Strong communication and negotiation skills
