With the headquarter located in Prague the company is a European “Plug-n-Play” integration partner serving small and mid-size companies. It focuses on organizing, planning, integrating, and building payment solutions and mobile/web applications for licensed institutions for over 10 years. The company is operating via a distributed IT team with colleagues located in Czech Republic, Poland, Philippines, Singapore, Russia and Belarus.
Location: Russia, fully remote, preferably Kaliningrad region, but can be from other parts of Russia too
Main tasks are to:
• Be involved and participate in the overall software application development process
• Architect and build microservices
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members
• Take a leadership role on projects
• Perform code reviews
Requirements
We are looking for the programmer who:
• Has solid work experience as a Back-end Developer
• Can easily adapt to new technologies and programming languages
• Can work independently or within the team
• Has outstanding project and time management skills
• Has strong verbal communication and written communication skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Is fluent in English (minimum B1 – Intermediate level)
Big plus is experience in or wishing to learn:
• Lua, Python, PostgreSQL, Websockets, Kafka, Docker
• Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Microservice development
• Agile methodology
• Scaling applications or cloud architecture
And knowledge of:
• Financial applications
• Russian or Czech languages
