Commit was founded by engineers and built by engineers (currently some business folk have come alongside to help run day to day operations) with the main goal of equipping software engineers to take control of their careers!

OUR TEAM that will support you along the way include:

• A Chief Experience Officer (Former President of a start up) to be your biggest advocate when looking at opportunities
• A Previous VC fund investor to vet start ups for you
• A CPA (me!) who will make sure you get paid before you choose a start up opportunity (so there's no rush) and after you decide to leave that opportunity
