As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will work within Tackle’s marketing team—partnering closely with the sales organization—and report to the Director of Content & Brand to provide the sales team with learning materials, content, and resources to help transform the way software companies sell software. Our ideal candidate excels at identifying the needs of the sales team and understands how to both proactively and reactively fill those needs. You’re a good fit for this role if you thrive off of collaboration, work well with deadlines, and have a growth mindset.
 
 
You Will:
  • Develop, execute, assess, and optimize sales enablement materials - from data sheets and case studies to presentation decks and talk tracks 
  • Tailor messaging and narratives to resonate with different personas at various stages of the buyer’s journey
  • Create documentation, organization, and clarity around what content is available to the sales org to help reps find and use the right content
  • Determine sales enablement needs and priorities with sales and marketing stakeholders and develop material that will drive revenue growth
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps and leadership
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams and ensure information flows across functions
  • Gather and share feedback to continuously iterate on enablement materials 
 
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales, enablement, learning and development, or similar role
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, visual, written, and presentation) with an eye for quality, accuracy, and brand cohesion
  • An understanding of the sales environment and acumen
  • Experience with enablement and coaching tools and platforms as well as learning management systems
  • Strong time and project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience and comfortability working successfully with diverse departments and groups of people
