Curri partners with distributors of construction materials to deliver to their customers with unprecedented speed. The Sales Development Representative at Curri is at the front line of creating relationships with distributors to introduce them to the benefits of partnering with Curri.
The successful person in this role will use their communication and organizational skills to find and contact leads, assess their needs, and introduce them to Curri's service offerings. This role works closely with the Account Executive role to convert leads to customers.
Curri is based in Ventura, CA but our team primarily works remotely.
- Qualify inbound leads through various channels (email, phone, etc.)
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, obtain referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
- Effectively partner with the Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing teams to achieve objectives
- Schedule appointments and demos for Account Executives
- Act as the subject matter expert on Curri service offerings and solutions
- Proven success driving new business
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people and personalities through an empathetic, consultative sales approach
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
- Capability of understanding customer pain points and requirements and correlating these to service offerings
- Ability to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving sales goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
- Effective use of core sales tools such as SalesForce/HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.
- A strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
- Independently driven but also works well with a team
