As a Sales Development Representative (AKA Product Launch Specialist) you are responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to ensure Product Launch Directors are provided with the best opportunities that will maximize revenue. You will have the opportunity to join one of the most innovative sales teams in the world.

Your responsibilities are as follows:
  • Work with the Sales team to develop new lead sources, qualify new deal opportunities, and book new business opportunities for the Product Launch Director to close.
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with all new potential clients and always look for opportunities to add more value.
  • Manage new inbound and outbound leads for LaunchBoom.
  • Identify downsell opportunities & close over the phone.
The experience we are looking for:
  • 2+ years working in a customer service facing role required, B2B sales experience preferred. 
  • CRM experience required (Pipedrive/Hubspot experience preferred). 
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience working in the crowdfunding industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
Nitty gritty details:
  • $48-55K/year base salary, plus commission and quarterly bonus opportunities (target $80K/year).
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance (100% of employee premium paid for).
  • 401(k) plan with a fully vested 4% match.
  • Remote work with $600/ year WFH stipend.

  • Employees must be able to legally work in the United States. Residing in CA, CO, FL, KS, MD, NC, NJ, OH, and WI preferred.
