Successful Commercial Real Estate (CRE) financing Intermediary (CRE Mortgage Brokers) seeking 'A' players to join our remote, nationwide team. To be considered for our remote team, candidates MUST have experience in CRE Sales or arranging CRE loans.

The company, Silverthread Capital Corporation will support 'A' players motivated to originate, place and close financing assignments from $1MM to $100MM. We have placed loans for owners nationwide with relationship lenders including for construction, bridge, Agency, CMBS, SBA, DIP.

We have arranged equity and Pref-equity for developers, syndicators, moms & pops, experienced and novice investors.

Ideally, you are an established Commercial Real Estate Intermediary seeking: more freedom, a desire to grow or join a team, a higher split or to reshape your career with new or different opportunities.

You own or have a goal to own income properties and appreciate the vital role of structuring appropriate financing.

Silverthread Capital Corporation is owned and run by a 25+ year Investment Real Estate professional with one-of-a-kind experience in California and New York selling income properties, starting and running commercial real estate offices, arranging financing and running a platform in a large NYC Credit Fund where he participated in growing a multi-office franchise and debt placement for eventual securitization. Experienced Originators generally close $25 to $50MM+ of middle market loans, annually. The expectation is Silverthread Capital Originators new to the business can close $10MM +/- in the first 12 months. A Mortgage Originator can earn 1 to 2% per transaction. Keeping the bulk of these earned fees should be an Originator's goal. Please note, Origination opportunities are non-salaried.

 

Requirements

  • We work with dozens of banks arranging loans for borrowers from $1MM to $50MM.
  • Our clients are mostly private owners. You are expected to prospect and present our value proposition.
  • Ours is a ‘remote’ business model. Originators work from a home office or executive suite.
  • All Originators are independent contractors enjoying the tax advantages of having your own LLC.
  • Silverthread Capital pays out the highest splits in the industry. Splits for experienced Originators with verifiable historical commercial real estate mortgage production start at 70%
  • Your ability to prospect for new business and to confidently communicate our value will determine your success. Are you comfortable with prospecting and possibly even cold calling warm prospects? If no, this is not a good fit.
  • As with any business proposition, there is risk, such as wasted time if you fail. On the other hand, the upside is yours to develop. If you are seeking no risk, this is not a fit.
