STN Digital is looking to hire a Part Time Junior Account Manager to help our Accounts department. 

 

Purpose of the Position:
The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the Account Management department provides world-class customer service to every STN Digital client. Weekly schedule and tasks may vary depending on client priorities for a given week.

We’re looking for an energetic, self motivator with big ideas and a can-do spirit. It is essential to have a deep understanding of the social media landscape, ability to work well under pressure and a constant desire to find strategic solutions to unforeseen challenges.

Due to sports and entertainment being a 24/7, 365 industry, this is not your normal 9-5. If you're willing to be flexible, contribute to a passionate team and work with dope clients, this job is for you!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Will vary per week as outlined by direct supervisor

  1. Client Data & Assets
    1. Ensure all client internal documentation is up-to-date
    2. Assist with pulling image assets, time codes, etc. for various creative projects
    3. Help manage social content calendars and budget tracking spreadsheets
    4. Pull social analytics as assigned
  2. Administrative
    1. Take thorough notes in client meetings
    2. Monitor shared team inbox
    3. Maintain production schedules and project deadlines
  3. Department Materials
    1. Assist in preparation of strategy and pitch decks
    2. Draft creative briefs for internal teams as needed
    3. Produce creative project recap presentations
  4. Live Coverage
    1. Assist STN team with live coverage events; tasks include but are not limited to:
      1. Posting on social channels
      2. Community management
      3. Copywriting
      4. Identifying social-friendly moments
  5. Innovation
    1. Help ideate/brainstorm for client projects
    2. Constantly take inventory of STN’s current resources and seek opportunities to increase efficiency
    3. Keep a pulse on the latest industry-related tech & software trends
    4. Identify first-to-market opportunities
