The Dave Friedman Team is looking for talented INSIDE SALES people with who enjoy talking on the phone with as many people as possible every day. If you have a willingness to do what it takes to succeed and love outbound prospecting, we want you to join our Inside Sales Team.

This position is an integral part of our sales team and is responsible for generating 80% of all new business on our team. What people love about this role is that they can make an incredible living, while working from home, NO MATTER WHERE THEY LIVE. You do NOT need a real estate license to be successful in this role.

The right individual will take ownership of the many, many outbound calling opportunities that our team has. They will record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. The right candidate has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity though outbound calling, appointment-setting and revenue targets, and will respond efficiently to customers who may be investing, buying, or selling residential property.

This position offers a base salary PLUS commission with a target compensation of $50,000 - $80,000 + Benefits (based on experience and performance).

As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at Dave Friedman Team, you will tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with prospective sellers and buyers. You will also schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and / or Buyer Specialists.

  • This role is remote/virtual with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective sellers and buyers.
  • Outbound calling and emailing, scheduling of appointments, and coordination to ensure those appointments are held.
  • Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our CRM and other tech resources.
