Paragon is seeking a proven, professional Inside Sales Executive to join our team.  The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving growth by leveraging Paragon’s solutions to build a strong client base. Activities will include account research as well as outbound prospecting via phone and email. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, organization ability and work ethic. A positive attitude, creativity and persistence applied to researching and interacting with and qualifying prospective customers is essential.  The Inside Sales Executive works closely with Paragon’s Sales Executives and Marketing Department.

Knowledge of enterprise websites and professional services is a plus.  Ability to work remotely for the right candidate. 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and create new campaigns and follow up with marketing
  • Collaborate with client partners and third parties at industry and demand generating events.
  • Drive Initial lead inquiry, qualification for regional account teams
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to net new target and ABM accounts
  • Craft and deliver engagement plans for prospective clients through telephone, email, face-to-face meetings, corporate entertainment, and all other methods available
  • Build relationships to drive referral opportunities
  • Track communications w/ leads and prospects to support reporting & analytics
  • Maintain leads, contacts & opportunities in Salesforce.com to support reporting & analytics
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices for prospecting and social selling
  • Meet or exceed lead generation and opportunity quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Successful track record of selling digital marketing-oriented professional service solutions for digital agencies and digital consultancies at Fortune 1000 clients
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and engaging in business development activities
  • Significant business relationships and personal network of senior marketing executives
  • Extensive experience crafting and executing plans to target and engage prospects
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing and digital experience landscape
  • Hunter mentality
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration and team-building skills, comfort leading complex pursuits
  • Previous experience with end-to-end acquisition, engagement, and retention digital marketing services and solutions

The Inside Sales Executive position offers a generous base plus a bonus compensation structure.
