Sestra Systems, an innovative startup delivering smart dispensing solutions to the beverage industry, is currently recruiting for an Enterprise Sales Director. This position will lead Sestra’s efforts in new customer acquisition and business development functions to help generate relationships, partnerships and revenue with a focus on stadiums, arenas and other large event venues in the United States.

Responsibilities

The primary goal for our Director is to drive deals & revenue by building pipeline and bringing new closed-won accounts.  While this role is very much a ‘hunter’ role, theSales Director will partner with other internal teams, as necessary, to achieve these objectives.

  • Drive sales by utilizing an Account Based Selling model
  • Build and manage lead development pipeline with hands on efforts and collaboration with marketing
  • Prospect into multiple organizations by utliziing past relationships, cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources
  • Articulate Sestra's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest
  • Proactively contribute to sales materials including company product and competitive product and market knowledge via website, on-line webinars, and marketing information
  • Update lead rank/stage and prospect interaction in Company CRM

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years selling into the food & beverage or hospitality industry, selling beverage dispesning a plus
  • Deep relationships and established contacts across stadiums, arenas and the concessionaire companies that work with them
  • Proven “A” player with high Sales IQ
  • Enterprise sales/complex sales cycle experience
  • Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated past performance against sales quota in similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, entrepreneurship, or other relevant major or equivalent experience
  • Sales experience in IoT also a plus
  • Computer proficiency, experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM a plus

Our headquarters is based in Sterling, VA. This role may or may not require relocation. The ability to work remotely will be considered for exceptional candidates in desired territories.  Remote sales team members will have a dual responsibility to provide easy, occasional, on site customer support when needed
