Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience testing all phases of QA efforts required to successfully execute medium & large enterprise Salesforce implementation projects
  • Minimum of 4+ years' experience in Salesforce platform
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce system from both technical and functional perspective
  • Should be a quick learner, understand multiple systems and how they talk to each other and help the team in thinking beyond on the system integration tests
  • Strong analytical skills, decision making, and a drive to be proactive in recommending solutions that satisfy stakeholder asks
  • Leadership skills - Ability to lead, mentor and coach a team of QA Professionals
  • Self-driven; ability to work with minimal supervision and to meet project timelines within given parameters
  • Excellent time management, planning and multi-tasking skills to support more than 1 testing campaign at the same time
  • Stellar communication skills (verbal, written, phone, video, etc.)
  • Salesforce Admin certification preferred
  • Experience in designing and building test automation scripts using Selenium in a Salesforce Environment
  • Ability to analyse business and/or functional requirement documents
  • Experience with APIs and API testing tools 
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce components, configurations, and flows
  • Experience working within an ITSM structure including ServiceNow and MS Azure DevOps, or comparable platforms

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, plans, executes, and maintains test cases.
  • Scripts, plans, and protocols for products under development
  • Advises on all aspects of QA including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
  • Participate in all QA activities through implementations
  • Define the test automation framework scripting and make sure the team is delivering them within the sprint
  • Identifies opportunities for test process improvement that delivers value for the external customer
  • Acts as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key the product and development teams during all the phases of the SDLC and manage their expectations
  • Collaborates and mentors QA team members
  • Drive daily touch points with the offshore team and drive prioritization deliverables
  • Identify critical needs and drive resolutions within the team that is hindering the quality deliverables
  • Act as a champion for quality by leading sessions to reflect on current state of applications and performing root cause analysis aimed at improving team practices
  • Configure the Salesforce.com application based on the business requirement
  • Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications
  • Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to suit business requirements, and provide gap analysis
