Rovco offers an opportunity to work with a leading technology business that provides services for the subsea renewables industry by carrying out ROV and hydrographic survey projects using the ‘state of the art’ in computer vision, AI and autonomy technologies.
Our R&D department produces one-of-a-kind camera systems coupled with the latest in machine learning techniques. We use this to deploy underwater robots on wind farms where they perform visual surveys and output detailed 3D models.
To keep them connected we have built an Intelligent Data Platform that integrates with our state-of-the-art AI driven camera system and the latest machine learning techniques.
The role is to define, organize and initially execute testing of our data platform and the applications running on it. You will be working with the UX developer to ensure that out user journeys are fully tested. You will be empowered to build the test infrastructure and influence the testing strategy.
Requirements
Essential
- Some experience testing cloud and web technologies.
- Test automation software.
- Able to translate user stories into executable tests.
- Understanding of BDD.
- Carry out user acceptance testing and integration testing.
- Knowledge of general web/cloud development infrastructure: Python, Typescript.
