Mmhmm is a new company from All Turtles that creates clear, compelling communications via video. Mmhmm helps people create a unique personal video presence and beautifully share content in a variety of contexts, from remote work, to online learning, to virtual events, or even just socializing.
As the Senior Product Manager for Windows, you’ll build and ship a product that pioneers a brand new way to work and perform in a virtual environment. You have a demonstrated history of balancing speed with process, to create order out of chaos. You believe that “Funner Zooming” is perfectly correct English, and you’ll be able to infuse the product with just the right blend of personality and productivity. You love working in a team, but you don’t need a ton of socializing. You’re smart and you get things done, and you trust that your teammates do too.
- Building a delightful Windows app for mmhmm.
- Understanding our users, the market, and the competition.
- Defining a product roadmap, breaking down complex problems into simple steps.
- Working in a globally distributed product team with a design-driven development process.
- Pitching in on anything else that needs doing (we’re a small team!)
- A genuine love for Windows. Even though we’re a Mac-focused company, we know that most of the world uses Windows, and you’re critical to our success with those future users. You’ll be their champion.
- Built consumer apps that users love.
- Experience in early product development, especially video, design, or productivity apps
- A technical background. You may not be an engineer, but you understand what the engineers on your team are talking about and how your product works.
- Experience leading distributed teams, and willingness to juggle meetings across multiple time zones.
- Extra-strong execution skills.
- The ability to write and speak clearly, without too many buzzwords.
- A high bar for releases, with the project management and leadership skills to get there.
The Senior Windows Product Manager is a full-time position reporting to the CTO. This role is a remote position, and can be based in any location. Since our distributed team works primarily across US time zones, US-based applicants are preferred.
