You’ll put your product chops to use while working closely with Jebbit users, customer facing teams, designers and engineers to plan, validate, and execute the roadmap and partner with all of Jebbit’s teams to deliver products to market.
Jebbit currently has >1000 active users in any week, and is leveraging a product led growth model to accelerate sales. We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager with expertise in all aspects of delivering rapidly scaling SaaS platforms who will help us grow by an order of magnitude over the next couple years.
What you'll do...
In true startup form, be prepared to get your hands dirty with every aspect of the product development process and lifecycle. This is a strategic but very execution driven role where you will touch all the key areas of the product.
Help define our vision for a reliable, stable, and easy-to-use platform
Identify the most valuable and thorny problems the Jebbit platform can solve
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and analyze user needs and turn them into product requirements
Help translate product requirements into specs and user experiences you will be proud to share with others
Analyze Jebbit’s product usage data and observe in-product behavior to identify trends and make informed product decisions
Have the opportunity to work across a wide spectrum of product areas including content creation tools, analytics dashboards and integrations. You will touch every part of the product and manage many projects at once (lots of context switching!)
Develop positioning and go-to market process and strategy for launches
Identify when, where and how to partner with 3rd party platforms to accomplish a goal
Like any lean start up, fight fire drills, triage issues and be the go-to person for everything product.
Someone who is passionate about building great products and the end to end product lifecycle: Ideation, roadmapping, spec writing, evangelizing, QA, go-to-market, measurement, refine
5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a B2B SaaS company
Have strong user empathy and previous experience working on web applications
Great communication skills with internal teams and customers. Not afraid to share an opinion
Self-starter with a passion for getting things done, strong project management capabilities
Passionate about analytics and customer behavior and have worked with 3rd party analytics tools
A keen interest in UX and experience working with a designer
Ability to prepare, drive and take control of meetings with clients and all levels of the org
Able to hold your own in a technical conversation and assess what takes a little vs. a lot of effort
Experience running scrum teams and being a vocal contributor to the product development process
The ability to process a firehose of product requests and say 'no' when necessary
Not afraid to get your hands dirty with bug triage and hopping on urgent issues
A great context switcher and the ability to handle many projects at a time
Experience in MarTech or AdTech
Knowledge of SQL or similar language
Some familiarity with CSS & JS
Experience working for a company that has executed a product led growth strategy
Experience with 3rd party analytical and support tools
