LoveToKnow is seeking a Product Specialist Intern for our GolfLink web property. If you love the game of golf and are taking a gap year as a rising Junior or Senior at a college/university, then this job may be perfect for you. Our ideal candidate loves the game of golf and has an innate sense of what makes a great product. Our Product Specialist program is an amazing opportunity to be part of our wider Associate Product Manager (APM) program. As a GolfLink Product Specialist, you will:

  • Research and understand user needs and market gaps.
  • Identify and develop new ideas into engaging experiences for Golflink users; develop new ideas into engaging solutions
  • Determine metrics to evaluate the success of new ideas and prioritize ways to make continual improvements.
  • Work cross-functionally (with engineers, UX designers, marketing, etc) to launch your features.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements to improved user experiences
  • Balance strategic projects while maintaining product momentum and launch schedules.
  • Focus on product excellence, ensuring a high-quality standard on all product releases.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and design department to deliver functional solutions
  • Work closely with content teams to develop engaging and monetizable content
  • Liaise with the revenue group to optimize advertising and positioning for new products
  • Monitor key success metrics including and report on users’ reactions following the launch
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external users
  • Analyze competition

  • Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior and marketing techniques
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
