LoveToKnow is seeking a Product Specialist Intern for our GolfLink web property. If you love the game of golf and are taking a gap year as a rising Junior or Senior at a college/university, then this job may be perfect for you. Our Product Specialist program is an amazing opportunity to be part of our wider Associate Product Manager (APM) program. As a GolfLink Product Specialist, you will:
Research and understand user needs and market gaps.
Identify and develop new ideas into engaging experiences for Golflink users; develop new ideas into engaging solutions
Determine metrics to evaluate the success of new ideas and prioritize ways to make continual improvements.
Work cross-functionally (with engineers, UX designers, marketing, etc) to launch your features.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements to improved user experiences
Balance strategic projects while maintaining product momentum and launch schedules.
Focus on product excellence, ensuring a high-quality standard on all product releases.
Coordinate with the engineering and design department to deliver functional solutions
Work closely with content teams to develop engaging and monetizable content
Liaise with the revenue group to optimize advertising and positioning for new products
Monitor key success metrics including and report on users’ reactions following the launch
Create support and training documents for internal and external users
Highly organized, strong follow-up.

Highly intelligent, with strong academic credentials and GPA.
Loves talking with customers to help discover opportunities.

Hands-on experience with web technologies
Strong time management and organizational skills
