With over 10,000 online merchants launching subscriptions and over 1,000,000 subscribers powered by ReCharge, we have a lot of store owners to support. Our mission to make repeat orders easier began five years ago as a bootstrapped startup and today we're at the forefront of recurring billing software with over 150 remote-first employees around the globe processing tens of millions of dollars in sales every week.

We're looking for Product Manager to join the Analytics team and collaborate on our Analytics product. The ideal candidate will have experience working at the intersection of product and analytics and the ability to disambiguate problems, lead cross functional initiatives and deliver insights to influence business outcomes. 

What You'll Do
  • Live by and champion our values: #ownership, #empathy, #simple-solutions.
  • Create key project and requirement documents to enable activation of critical data sources, outlining methodology, roadmap, milestones, blockers. 
  • Run multiple concurrent initiatives with separate stakeholders simultaneously; Serve as a data source owner and primary point of contact for product, analytics, and engineering. 
  • Enable internal stakeholders to perform analysis and share insights. 
  • Find ways to move data projects forward while ensuring consistent deliverables that meet quality standards. 
  • Lead teams in story writing, backlog maintenance, prioritization and planning.
What You’ll Bring
  • Typically, 1-2 year of product management experience in fast paced environments 
  • 3+ years of analytics experience; building and designing analytics products 
  • SQL mastery and experience with big data analytics 
  • Ability to influence product and team direction and take ownership of outcomes
  • Strong analysis, process, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • A strong attention to detail; i.e. How do null values impact reporting?
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to plan for the future while focusing on execution today
  • Experience with user stories, sprints, and agile development methodologies
  • Experience working with data models, reporting and visualization tools
  • Data visualization tools such as Tableau, D3, Highcharts, Looker desired
  • Experience with business intelligence pipelines and data warehousing solutions a plus
  • Experience with Snowflake, Matillion, Redshift, BigQuery, Hadoop, Kafka a plus
  • Ability to work remotely and desire to make an impact at a boot-strapped start-up
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired

    We’re looking for a product expert to manage our product development and release process. You’ll work closely with our CEO, designers, and engineering team to build a great product that over 40,000 creators use to earn a living.

    • Work closely with the engineering team to schedule work, plan and organize product backlogs, attend team stand up and retro meetings.
    • Work with customer success to ensure documentation is in place for new features and the support team is ready to answer tickets.
    • Assist the marketing team with product-focused marketing to get the most adoption and new accounts from each new feature.
    • Use data in Amplitude to determine success of a feature and plan product changes to improve specific metrics (e.g. trial to paid conversion rates).
    • Manage the beta process for new features before a full rollout.

    Requirements

    The right candidate should:

    • Have extensive experience in product management at a SaaS company.
    • Understand how to use metrics to determine the success of a release and make changes accordingly.
    • Understand how to use great onboarding to drive more product engagement.
    • Pay attention to details, enjoy schedules and roadmaps, and be very organized.
    • Be a great writer to effectively communicate with the team and customers.
    • Be autonomous, self-driven, and remote-disciplined to work effectively in a 100% remote company.

    Bandcamp is seeking a Product Manager to join our team. We’re a small (but merry!) band, and you’ll have significant opportunities from Day 1 to shape our future, help artists and labels and their fans, and to increase endorphin levels globally as a result.

    You will:

    • Talk to artists, fans, and labels who use Bandcamp to understand how and why it meets their needs, and where it doesn’t.

    • Investigate and analyze our data (on your own and with our data team) to develop quantitative insights that complement your qualitative research.

    • Design and conduct experiments to validate hunches.

    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and others around the company to invent, develop and ship great products.

    • Work with the data and support teams to monitor and measure the impact these products make.

    You have most if not all of the following skills, talents, experience and interests:

    • 3+ years experience as a product manager (or building and inventing products for consumers as a designer, engineer, data analyst, or support specialist).

    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

    • An abiding interest in how people behave and make decisions.

    • Experience conducting user research, or an eagerness to learn.

    • Some prior experience writing code.
