We’re looking for an innovative Product Manager to help us develop and improve our product by creating an internal and external product vision, while maintaining our competitive advantage.

You’ll be leading the Product, developing and positioning our product strategy while working with external stakeholders and internal teams throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer experience.

  • Developing product vision.

  • Prioritizing processes and activities.

  • Developing product pricing and positioning strategies.

  • Negotiating with stakeholders.

  • Building, managing and following a product roadmap.

  • Arranging product pilot groups.

  • Driving product launches.

  • Participating in the promotion plan development.

  • Building and maintaining product awareness on all levels among teams.

Requirements:

  • You have at least five years experience as a Product Manager in the SaaS industry.

  • You are located in Europe.

  • You understand a product and related needs of the customers.

  • You have relevant market knowledge and marketing experience.

  • You have innovation awareness and have strategic thinking.

  • You have technical knowledge.

  • You have expert communication skills and know-how to manage relationships.

  • You understand user behavior and empathy.

  • You have the ability to measure the success of a product.

    You'll drive the vision and implementation of our payments roadmap. This includes enabling our developers to quickly iterate and build on our current system, assessing and implementing payment providers, and presenting an easy to use and transparent user experience for purchasing and removing our products.

You revel in getting into the details and leading your projects all the way across the finish line. You're relentless in prioritizing what's critical to the success of the product and care about ensuring we deliver the best customer experience to meet our business goals. You understand the big picture but can live and thrive in the details of what we need for success right now.

    You've implemented or improved a great payments experience for internal stakeholders and end-users alike for a SaaS product. You're familiar with the needs of customers and have experience working with a sales org to find, understand, and implement new opportunities.

    Responsibilities:
    • Define products and features, own the roadmap and KPIs.
    • Coordinate product releases with engineering, marketing, support, and sales.
    • Work directly with design, engineering, documentation, and other stakeholders to test and build exceptional products.
    • Work directly with product, sales, and marketing to define and deliver new product SKUs, transparent billing, and a full self-service offering to our customers.
    • Help devise and influence our overall product and business strategy.
    • Communicate progress, issues, and successes with the rest of the organization.
    Desirable Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of product management experience.
    • 3+ years of experience with related technology.
    • Solid understanding of the web development or IaaS/SaaS space.
    • Solid understanding of payments and billing technology and compliance.

    We are looking to hire our first (Senior) Product Manager as we're kicking off the next growth phase at Next Matter.

    In this role you will: 

    • Lead our product work as we're starting into the next growth phase

    • Develop simple, well-crafted solutions for our core customer's problems, break them down into actionable work packages and manage them through to successful outcomes for users in close collaboration with your design, engineering, sales and marketing colleagues.

    • Shape our strategic and operational product roadmap for the next 3-5 years in close collaboration with our customers and founder

    • Build-out our product management practices and culture as the foundation for a growing product organization.

    You will be a good fit for the role if:

    • Have learned your craft in B2B SaaS product management and are ready to put it into practice as our first product hire.

    • Feel comfortable to lead the product management process from initial ideation through problem definition and research to planning and successful execution.

    • Communicate effectively in writing and in person in a multi-cultural, cross-functional context. English fluency is a must, proficiency in one or more other languages a plus.

    • Are able to work with our customers and colleagues on eye level across the business and technical aspects of our product. Having a background in engineering is a plus. 

    • Are an analytical, systems thinker and structured in your day-to-day work.

    • Take full ownership of all aspects of your work.

    • Enjoy working with people from a wide range of technical skills and backgrounds.
