Product Management at The Bot Platform is hands-on. You’ll work with our developers and other internal teams to decide what we build onto our platform and why we build them. The Product Manager is the glue that unites all aspects of our no-code platform under a single, cohesive vision. You need to be passionate and enthusiastic about helping people to be more productive at work.

Our platform is a technical product made simple. Our customers are non technical people looking to build bots and digital assistants to automate content and process using our no-code platform.

You'll be doing things like:

Helping evolve The Bot Platform by defining the product roadmap and executing on solutions that improve the experiences for our customers and partners

Understanding the needs of our users, prioritising problems, and continuously building and adjusting based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders as well as analysing usage trends and data.

Working with other internal teams within The Bot Platform to identify improvement opportunities and delivering great user experiences

Gaining a complete understanding of the platform, to help unblock colleagues at the same time as educating stakeholders around new releases and assisting with support documentation

Aligning cross-functional teams to deliver a shared goal and set of metrics

Requirements

Experience in Product Management or Product Design at technology companies - having platform experience is a plus

Experience shipping and iterating on products with clear success metrics to external or internal users, while working with a team of developers and go-to-market teams

Prioritisation and communication skills to help make tough product decision and help ensure the team is solving the biggest user problems/opportunities

An understanding of building and maintaining a healthy team through clear goals, ways of working, and an understanding of what success is

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve deadlocks, present feasible options and drive agreement towards a solution

A keen eye for design always pushing from the non technical user’s point of view
