    What you'll be doing

    Working hand in hand with our engineering and management teams to oversee all things pertaining to the creation, design, and delivery of several major products in the federal space. This delivery-focused Product role will touch everything from platform design and implementation, stakeholder documentation and communication, timelines, hiring, client interaction, etc., to ensure the delivery and requirements of each product are on schedule and of the highest quality. This role will work closely with upper management, engineering and operations teams to insure a seamless delivery to our clients.

    We are looking for someone with the following skill set:

    • 4+ years full product lifecycle experience working with growing, technically focused companies

    • Experience leading and managing agile cross-functional teams that deliver user-facing products 

    • Understanding of multiple disciplines such as Product Management,  Engineering, Design, Sales, etc. 

    • A proven ability to problem solve and drive solutions with development teams through data analysis, market requirements, product specifications, and federal requirements

    • An eye for quality, organization, and clear communication with teams and clients 

    • Federal work experience a major bonus

    We are looking for: A Senior Product Manager to join our team and help drive the design of our product.

    We need someone that is comfortable being hands on with the entire design product development process, identifying problems and championing them through the design and development process. You will work closely with our Director of Design on conceptualizing and implementing changes to our product that will drive an increase in trial conversion, and customer success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand our business strategy and deliver features/products that Shogun clients love. 

    • Deeply understand the product problems that you are tackling through user research and speaking with clients. Define and re-frame user problems for the team. 

    • Manage the roadmap—understand and prioritize potential projects from various inputs (user research, client support data, competitive analysis) so the team is always working on the most impactful projects. 

    • Collaborate with the founders, designers, and engineers to imagine the future and define solutions to big problems. 

    • Define a product scope that is focused on the most important use cases with a focus on getting it into users hands as quickly as possible. 

    • Define quantitative and qualitative success metrics and constantly evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through these measures, both before and after it’s released. 

    • Deliver world-class software—maintain the quality of the product that your team is responsible for. 

    • Motivate a group of committed, smart people to do the best work of their careers.

    Requirements: 

    • Have experience in a Product Manager role. 

    • Have a strong design background, be able to think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces. 

    • Be a clear communicator of product decisions and the rationale behind them. 

    • You have experience working with both qualitative customer insights, and quantitative customer data to inform decisions. You’ve conducted user research, a/b tests and have worked closely with design researchers and analysts (or have analyzed data yourself). 

    • You’re entrepreneurial—you're self-driven and you default to action. 

    • You’re organized, not ad hoc. 

    • Be able to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically.

    Product Marketing at InVision is fundamentally about building products that our customers need and bringing them to the market in a way that achieves our goals. It’s a right-brain + left-brain kind of role, where in a single day you can go from discussing our roadmap with customers to leading a brainstorm for a new marketing campaign to building out a strategy for growing specific customer segments.     What You'll Do
    • Help define the messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategy for InVision Studio
    • Constantly assess customer needs, the competitive landscape and our value proposition through qualitative and quantitative analysis
    • Partner with community members to create programs that drive awareness and adoption
    • Create stories to inspire customers, community members, and internal teams on our solutions
    • Build customer-centric narratives for events, webinars, and marketing programs that push the craft of digital product design to new heights
    • Lead cross-functional teams that include product, design, marketing, and sales throughout the go-to-market process to bring new products and features to life
