We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join our growing Product Support team! This person will plan and realize the implementation of Healthify’s solutions for our enterprise clients, working closely with client operational and technical partners and coordinating across internal teams to ensure our clients are set up for long-term success. REQUIREMENTS

About the Role:

The Implementation Project Manager will:

  • Develop and execute the implementation plan for Healthify’s platform for our enterprise clients

  • Ensure quality completion of implementation tasks across partners, including, but limited to: Product, Engineering, Product Support, Sales, and Account Management

  • Manage enterprise client relationships throughout the implementation process

  • Iterate on and improve Healthify’s implementation process

  • Identify and escalate project risks to the right parties

  • Travel domestically up to 25%

About You

  • 3-5 years experience in a client facing, project management role, preferably in healthcare and/ or IT environment

  • Experience developing operational workflows and change management processes

  • Empathetic Communicator: you “know your audience” and can deliver messages to a broad assortment of partners

  • Excited by new opportunities to grow and build

  • Experience with various healthcare technology platforms (e.g., EHR/ EMR/ HIE vendors)

    Executing on and optimizing campaigns is a vital part of this role just as much as working with the client and engaging with them and their process. You’ll work closely with Ellen, the CEO of Tuff, to get up to speed on current clients and iterate on the PPC process at Tuff.

    We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, delivery focused Product Manager to help lead our engineering efforts as we grow and deliver on major products.

    What you'll be doing

    Working hand in hand with our engineering and management teams to oversee all things pertaining to the creation, design, and delivery of several major products in the federal space. This delivery-focused Product role will touch everything from platform design and implementation, stakeholder documentation and communication, timelines, hiring, client interaction, etc., to ensure the delivery and requirements of each product are on schedule and of the highest quality. This role will work closely with upper management, engineering and operations teams to insure a seamless delivery to our clients.

    We are looking for someone with the following skill set:

    • 4+ years full product lifecycle experience working with growing, technically focused companies

    • Experience leading and managing agile cross-functional teams that deliver user-facing products 

    • Understanding of multiple disciplines such as Product Management,  Engineering, Design, Sales, etc. 

    • A proven ability to problem solve and drive solutions with development teams through data analysis, market requirements, product specifications, and federal requirements

    • An eye for quality, organization, and clear communication with teams and clients 

    • Federal work experience a major bonus

    This is a remote position.
