Role Overview:
You will drive the development of an exciting global product offering, which is user-centred, drives healthcare outcomes for our members, and cost efficiencies for healthcare systems. This new role within the organization is mission-critical to shape. deliver and scale the global product that will be central to the success of Babylon in the coming years. The product offering will position Babylon as a market leader in the value-based care space. 
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive key decisions across product, design, commercial, marketing, and operations to solve challenging problems for customers. 
 
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’re comfortable identifying gaps in our global product offering, talking strategy with executive leadership, technology with developers, and user experience with designers. You hire and develop the best people in your teams and play a key role in creating a world-class organization inside Babylon. You thrive in ambiguity, lead from the front, and give shape to the company’s strategy while having a strong focus on execution.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end product management of the global Babylon product in the value-based care space, with a specific focus on key markets, including the US, UK, and the Asia Pacific
  • Shape product vision, scope, and product roadmap by driving key analysis and research; lead product prioritization that optimizes for the end-to-end product solution
  • Working closely with design leadership, support the definition of the end-to-end customer experience
  • Establish trust with cross-functional teams; drive the definition and embedding of key processes within product teams to seamlessly launch, optimize and scale the global Babylon product in multiple markets
  • Work closely with the clinical operations teams to ensure user experience flows seamlessly
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization to drive forward successful product scoping, delivery, and optimization
  • Lead teams to inform outcomes/metrics setting and guide product components and the end-to-end product to deliver against metrics 
  • Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your roadmap stays aligned with organization objectives
  • Lead teams to deliver the overall program of work across all aspects of launching, optimizing, and scaling the product
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for your area of the product, sharing your knowledge with others and using it to drive decisions



Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in product management
  • Experience building and distributing digital products in the healthcare industry
  • Mobile-first design principles and building cross-platform Android and iOS applications
  • Continuously delivering a product using principles of lean product design and hypothesis-driven development
  • Leading and facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams to foster alignment
  • MBA preferred 



Key Skills Required:
  • Experience with fast-moving product development cycles in B2B and/or B2C settings.
  • A tenacious ability to get things done, influence teams that may not be under direct control, and work effectively across multiple streams
  • Experience in a regulated environment is essential, preferably healthcare
  • Superior analytical skills, and the ability to clearly communicate requirements at different levels
  • The ability to clearly identify, articulate, and prioritize the strategic and tactical value of your vision and roadmap
  • Experience in working with global, complex products is an advantage
  • Built collaborative, empathetic, and low-hierarchy organizations
  • Experience in attracting, retaining, and mentoring/developing best in class product, design, and engineering talent
  • Experience in managing a globally distributed team across multiple countries



Qualifications and Experience: Product Growth and Scale
  • Experience launching and scaling multiple successful global digital businesses with complex business models for B2B and B2B2C products
  • Technical hands-on experience in product management
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions
  • Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
  • Outcome-oriented. Able to articulate the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
Salary: Competitive
Location: US (preferably, in the Eastern or Central time zone)
