Position Overview:

The RN Network is a new clinical network being created to support Signify Health’s business needs and endeavors with regard to clinical Registered Nurse support. One such area will be the Biopharma product, providing in-home  services to patients including:

  • Specialty Infusions
  • Injection Services
  • Venipuncture
  • Clinical Assessments
  • Diagnostic Screenings
  • Treatment Initiation Services
  • Patient Education and Training for Self-Administration and Infusions/Injections
  • Collection of Urine and Other Biological Samples
  • Disease Case Management
  • Medication Adherence
  • Data Collection and Outcome Reporting
  • Medical Device and Pump Training

 

In this role, the RN Network Clinical Manager serves as the team leader of the network and is responsible for program development as well as the management of all Registered Nurses within the network. The RN Network Clinical Manager serves as the liaison for the RN Network between Signify Health’s clinical and operational leadership teams. 

 

Qualifications:
Education/Licensing Requirements:
  • RN state license (unencumbered) in state of residence required with ability to apply for licensure in other states
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, required
  • Master’s degree in nursing, preferred

 

Essential Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years RN management experience
  • Experience with clinical program development including work-flow, compliance, quality assurance, training, and core-competencies protocols, required
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience pertinent to the patient population(s) being served including geriatrics and biopharma services
  • Minimum 1 year managerial experience with remote employees
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing clinical network, preferred

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide point of contact clinical leadership to Registered Nurses
  • Direct supervision/management of Registered Nurses including performance oversight, coaching, evaluating, and disciplinary actions as indicated (virtually and via in-person ride-along)
  • Develop RN Network program work-flow, compliance, quality assurance, training, and core-competency protocols
  • Support recruitment and retention opportunities for the RN Network including, but not limited to, interviewing and hiring decisions
  • Develop and deliver new hire training and continuing education plan
  • Provide general management support to Registered Nurses including review and approval of scheduling requests, expense report approval, etc.
  • Conduct annual competency training/sign-off with RN network clinicians
  • Serve as a liaison between RN Network and corporate departments to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent dissemination of policies and other information from corporate office to field clinicians
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance departments to promote and ensure RN Network clinician compliance with all administrative, legal and compliance specific policies

 

Additional Job Responsibilities:    
  • Plan and lead RN Network staff meetings
  • Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings as needed
  • Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to programs offered
  • Complete reports/projects/tasks as requested
  • Daily troubleshooting of program/processes as indicated
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced environment
  • Requires working at a desk, utilizing a phone and computer
  • Work effectively with frequent interruptions
  • May require additional hours to meet project deadlines
  • Will require up to 30-40% air/land travel, may include some overnights and weekends.
