As Marketing Manager at Sunrise Integration, you will build, execute, and monitor our marketing strategies that will generate qualified leads for our B2B software and web development business. Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you will build and enhance our playbook. Our core need is a marketing expert with a proven history of success with B2B businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to define a department. You will have the room to define the marketing roadmap. In the short term, you’ll be in the trenches with existing team members (exec, design and pm) and contractors executing our marketing strategy. Over time, this role may recruit and develop a team as goals are exceeded.

Envision yourself doing the following:

§ Building and managing our marketing roadmap and calendar

§ Developing, executing, and managing marketing strategies that successfully drive top of funnel leads (MQLs)

§ Managing existing contractor and agency relationships

§ Monitoring all marketing campaigns and optimizing towards key metrics

§ Prioritizing marketing projects and allocating resources accordingly

§ Conducting market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

§ Participating in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives

§ Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns in achieving their stated objectives, especially lead generation

§ Creating and managing the right set of sales tools, collateral, and enablement processes

§ Identifying ideal customers to develop references and case studies


§ At least 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B or ecommerce

§ Track record of measurable, impactful marketing campaigns for similar businesses

§ Fantastic writing skills. You have a knack for technical, compelling copy

§ Strong understanding and experience of working within a SaaS based or B2B ecommerce company

§ An ability to drive and execute marketing plans

§ Solid knowledge of web analytics and the ability to pull insights and opportunities from the data

§ Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals, manage contractors (and in the future, FTE’s)

§ Good understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads

§ Strong Social Media skills

§ Self-motivated with a proactive mindset

§ Access to fast internet if you opt for remote work
