We are looking for an experienced, proactive and versatile Marketing Manager to help drive awareness and sales. The Marketing Manager is accountable for the development and execution of marketing campaigns and leading social media efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration among internal stakeholders
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified lead
  • Responsible for all social media activities with a focus on driving engagement
    • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Responsible for creating and executing email nurturing campaigns and landing pages through an email marketing system and reporting results; create all forms through this system
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar and other key communications
  • Website updates, including content updates and SEO activities
  • Marketing support for tradeshows and other events
  • Assist with managing contact lists in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with sales and operations for ongoing support and marketing collateral needs
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g., original content, photos, videos and news)
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor company reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field)
  • Five or more years of experience
  • Experience with email marketing systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; excellent copywriting skills
  • Experience within the healthcare industry strongly preferred
  • Skills in photoshop, canva or photo editing tools is a plus
  • Metrics and ROI driven approach to marketing
