We are in need of a clever, data-driven, growth hacker as we continue to expand our already rapidly growing food delivery startup.

Who you are:

You’re a team player/coach who loves to DO as well as LEAD. If you’re fluent in prioritizing growth channels, testing, channel management competitive analysis, team leadership, specialized in profitably scaling and automating growth processes, and are generally obsessed with winning, we want to meet you. Specifically, in our ongoing effort to reach as many hungry users as possible with our new food delivery platform, Club Feast is looking for the right leader to introduce us to new foodies and grow our user base as we take over San Francisco and eventually the world.

Strategist and tactician, this leader is able to see the big picture as well as the little details and build reports and lead from the front with data. You love building world-class teams who pivot fast and think laterally. Your day-to-day is beating yesterday, and constantly pivoting the team to 10x growth.

You’ve scaled a startup company before and participated in funding rounds

Experience leading a Growth function and building a world-class team of growth hackers in the past with objectively measurable results and cross-functional Growth initiatives

Proficiency in Google Analytics and G-Suite

Strong, data-centric analytical skills.

Excellent (and clever) written and verbal communication skills.

People development, coaching, and team leadership. (Your direct reports rave about you.)

You’re a strong negotiator, able to secure preferential deal terms with platform partners and extract maximum value from consultant and agency partners.

Insight-driven storyteller, able to confidently and concisely articulate market insights, growth goals, and progress against those goals, calling on key data and analyses to illustrate and evidence that narrative.

Strategic thought-leader and problem-solver, able to see the big picture and propose innovative solutions to complex Growth and Marketing challenges.

Strong negotiator, able to secure preferential deal terms with platform partners and extract maximum value from consultant and agency partners.

Channel management - strategy and execution. Including go-to-market strategies for expansion / new channels.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and G-Suite

Excellent (and clever) written and verbal communication skills.

A love of working in a fast-paced environment.

Land & Expand: Develop a proof of concepts for new channels, expand them as they show ROI.

GSD: Get stuff done. Get the right things done. Build the roadmap, then execute the hell out of it.

Inspire: Lead your team from the weeds, as a player-coach, developing all of those around you.

Communicate: Ensure everyone is pulsing on the plan, and you’re communicating up, down, and across the organization.

Competitive compensation package and generous equity stake

We are a young startup and do not currently have benefit programs yet but our generous salary compensates for that - of course we do plan to offer health insurance and all types of benefits in the future
