Our team is looking for a growth marketer to drive our growth to new levels. You will own identifying, prioritizing and testing new channels and then scaling them up. You'll clearly lay out the assumptions you're making, and then adjust as you gather new data. You will partner with internal and external teams in order to make it happen. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the prioritization and testing of new marketing channels including referral, influencers, digital video, etc.
  • Own the targeting, creative, offers and performance
  • Identify your winners and create the roadmap to scale them up

What You've Done

  • You have owned and scaled at least one digital marketing channel (e.g. referrals, ambassadors/influencers, podcasts, OTT/digital TV, etc.) at a high growth direct to consumer company
  • You've owned a testing roadmap to identify what's working and optimize for payback and scale
  • You've operated in a fast paced environment and steadily taken on more responsibility

Basic Requirements

  • You can build a solid business case and clearly articulate your assumptions
  • Strong creative sensibility: you write a great creative brief
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Understand performance marketing: CAC, LTV, Payback

This position will be remote "home based" in the United States, with primarily Pacific Standard Time hours. 

Candidates must be eligible to legally work in the United States and visa sponsorship is not provided.
