About Contra

Contra is a professional community for the independent digital workforce. Digital professionals use Contra to create stunning visual profiles, earn money commission-free, and build high-quality professional communities and referral networks. Contra was founded just over a year ago by a group of independents who were tired of existing professional networks that are blind to the needs of digital professionals and is rapidly paving the way for the future of work, or the "passion economy" (a term coined by one of our earliest investors). Our June product launch, the first Annual State of Independence report, was the #1 product of the day, #2 of the week on Product Hunt. We're also one of just a few companies partnering with TikTok to launch theirTikTok Resumes Product.
