As Client Engagement’s Client Content Editor-in-Chief, you will shape how our clients interact with Kraken products and in turn, how the world sees and uses money. Thinking holistically about how the client experience contributes to Kraken’s success, you should recognize the competitive advantage that clear and on-brand communication gives us, and should leverage your closeness to members of the Client Engagement (CE) team to capitalize on opportunities to improve the caliber of Kraken’s client facing content.
 
You will be responsible for identifying room for improvement and swiftly drafting and executing on improvement plans, and for driving projects assigned by the Client Engagement and Marketing Leadership teams. Your work will play an essential role in achieving Kraken’s mission of accelerating global adoption of cryptocurrency.
 
A successful CE Client Content Editor-in-Chief will always be seeking to make use of Kraken products intuitive, and will remain attuned to the client voice. A high affinity for communication, collaboration, and critical thinking is paramount to the success of the individual in this role, which will drive positive results for Kraken and the clients that we support. 
 
This is a fully remote role.



Responsibilities
  • Lead the editorial process for Kraken’s Support Center articles and other client-facing content, ensuring efficient and high quality output
  • Partner with our Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistency in content across all Kraken products and client communications
  • Participate in Kraken’s product release processes to ensure updates to client facing materials are accurate and timely
  • Conceive, develop and implement a content submission and review process that allows for Support Center and auto-email content to be swiftly updated
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering and Data teams to monitor performance and iterate on content
  • Provide guidance to CE team members, allowing them to cater their communication style to align with our brand and to provide excellent client support
  • Remain aligned on expectations with members of Kraken’s Marketing and Product teams to achieve quality consistency across all client facing content 



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience producing written digital content for global brands
  • Excellent copyediting and proofreading skills
  • Proven ability to produce high quality content while working autonomously and as a member of a results-oriented team
  • Detail oriented and innovative with an affinity for collaborative problem solving
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely over voice and text
  • Passionate about cryptocurrency and user experience, and motivated to drive Kraken’s larger mission as the voice of our brand
  • Familiarity with Kraken’s products is a major asset
  • Proficiency with basic image editing and design is a nice-to-have
