Job Summary

Myodetox is seeking the first of its kind Talent Manager to support our rapidly growing, global organization currently at approximately 200 team members and expected to double in size in the next 12-24 months. This individual will be responsible for setting a company wide talent acquisition strategy, identifying and hiring key talent to join our team, relaying our employee value proposition externally and putting structure in place around our recruitment function.

The ideal candidate is hyper-collaborative in nature, results driven and has a natural curiosity for learning and growing from others. This individual will be expected to work closely with our Brand Strategy and Marketing functions to set a recruitment strategy that aligns with our Brand messaging and narrative.

The Talent Manager will report into the Director of People & Talent and be based in Pacific Standard Timezone.

 

What You'll Do
  • Immerse yourself in all facets of the business to understand recruitment needs, skill needs, and desired traits in searching for key talent
  • Partner with hiring managers (both in Support Hub and in the field) to attract, source and hire a diverse talent pool that aligns with our brand mission and values

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from interview to offer ensuring an engaging candidate experience
  • Partner with People + Talent Manager to ensure contracts are sent out in a timely manner and new hires are onboarded effectively
  • Build out recruitment processes, tools and ways of working to empower people managers to be active participants in the talent acquisition process
  • Craft a thoughtful, overarching recruitment strategy for the organization at large, collaborating with appropriate stakeholders
  • Execute and bring the determined recruitment strategy to life
  • Rely on recruitment KPI's and data to inform decisions
  • Build LinkedIn Strategy and manage the day-to-day execution of the platform
  • Champion our company culture throughout the talent acquisition process and beyond
  • Ensure diversity, equity and inclusion is embedded into hiring practices

 

Who You Are
  • You have 5+ years of progressive Generalist, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition experience in US and Canada
  • You excel in communicating with others (written, verbal, non-verbal) and are able to effectively rely the same message to different audiences
  • You have high emotional intelligence, empathy and sound judgement
  • You think of yourself as a people person and can make anyone feel comfortable having a conversation with you
  • You are thorough and analytical, with the ability to build business cases, draw meaningful conclusions from data and develop action plans
  • You have previous HRIS exposure and experience working and managing an ATS
  • You enjoy working in a high growth, scrappy, ambiguous at times setting
