  • Sharpen and shine the What and Why Vision of the product driving to LATOKEN's mission: financial life at fingertips for people's economic freedom.
  • Enlighten the road to hit the target with "a single bullet" with OKRs, hypothesis tests, backlog prioritization.
  • Work closely with the business to understand required competencies and develop and implement strategies to close identified gaps.
  • HR brand management and increase of the company's attractiveness as an employer. Assist in organising company recruitment events.
  • Responsible for entire recruitment process including identifying the effective recruitment channels, preparing job advertisement, screening incoming resumes, preselecting using quizes.
  • Conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, organising interview process.
  • Communication with candidates, resolving contentious issues. Preparing test assignments.
  • Ensure movement of candidates from stage to stage in HR Funnel.
  • Ensure 2 talents reserve for each priority role to hire within one week. Close all vacancies



  • 2+ years of experience at a similar position in top international companies (Big-4, FMCG, IT, IB, international consulting, etc.)
  • Proven experience in IT-recruiting
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Consulting and project management experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking, well organised, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Approachable and able to build relationships at all levels with intercultural sensitivity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
