Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of high volume recruiting agency experience and loves to source, screen, manage the candidate lifecycle, and work with great companies.

Polaris Talent is a new style of recruiting company. We provide recruiting-as-a-service to high growth companies, mostly in the tech space, who would like to have the benefits of a robust talent acquisition team without having to hire one themselves.
Using a variety of avenues, source passive talent for assigned roles
Phone screen candidates and prepare written screening notes
Manage your own calendar
Facilitate client-side candidate interviews
Communicate accurately and in a timely manner internally and with client-side partners
At least 18 months of high volume agency recruiting experience (more preferred) OR 2-3 years in an internal talent acquisition function doing full lifecycle recruiting
Demonstrated experience creating a sourcing strategy from a job description
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite or Sales Navigator
Ability to write a boolean string from scratch
Experience hiring from diverse pools of talent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote environment
Strong Google Suite knowledge
Salary is variable based on experience and geography
