We are a family-owned company looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
A successful Recruiter at National Assemblers will collaborate with Regional Managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter is a quick learner, works well in a fast paced-environment, has excellent communication skills, a proven background in customer service and understands the recruitment process of screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
This is a high-volume recruiting position as each Recruiter may be responsible for managing 20-30 requisitions at a time.
Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Creating new recruiting strategies
Managing a recruiting pipeline of candidates
Posting jobs on various channels
Screening of backgrounds
Performing background checks
Promoting the company on a wide basis
1+ years experience as a recruiter
Strong customer service
Excellent analytical skills
Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases (Breezy HR ATS and Paylocity preferred)
Familiar with MS Office softwares
Great problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred OR comparable work experience
- Occasional nights and weekends during special hiring projects
- Must provide your own laptop and webcam
