Requirements

  • BSc / MSc within relevant fields
  • Business acumen, proactiveness and result-orientation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (minimum C1 level)
  • A passion for recruitment
  • Networking is in your blood
  • Self-driven and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high pace environment
  • A high work capacity
  • Location between GMT - 3 to GMT + 3

 

⚒️ Responsibilities
  • Take an active role in our internal recruitment and keep our company growing
  • Working together with hiring managers to analyze and specify positions
  • Distribute the job advertisement in relevant social channels / job boards
  • Taking the lead role in sourcing candidates
  • Map and initiate contact with relevant candidates
  • Manage candidate-portfolio and handle incoming applications
  • Screen candidates over the phone and write short screening reports about the relevant candidates
  • Coordinate and be part of interviews, case testing, final evaluations and reference check
  • Build a strong network of candidates
  • Contribute to ongoing updates of candidate databases

  • Handle ongoing tasks on demand
