What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with leaders to establish employee acquisition and retention strategies
  • Help establish and maintain a first class employee mentorship, coaching, and training program
  • Work to establish a strong and healthy remote first culture
  • Employee relations including performance & conflict management
  • Play an integral role with internal company communications and events

 

Qualities we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 10 years of HR/People experience
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Forward thinking attitude towards People management
  • Proven track record of helping to facilitate employee growth strategies
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with head hunting & recruitment
