The Director, Talent Management will partner closely with Silverline's Chief People Officer and People team members to design, build, and deliver people programs that enable Silverline employees to succeed. Through creative thought leadership and expert execution, the Director will help elevate Silverline’s approach to attracting, onboarding, managing, developing, retaining, and rewarding employees. The Director will also consult with our business leaders to define workforce needs, help them build their teams, and ensure an engaging work environment. The Director will also serve as a champion for Silverline culture, reinforcing the company’s core values and leading the company’s approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Community Service.

  • Collaborate with Chief People Officer to build Silverline’s people strategy and design people programs that create an engaging employee experience
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for business unit leaders, understanding business strategies and building forward-looking talent plans that anticipate future needs
  • Build, refine, oversee performance management and direct related talent management processes, including Succession Planning and HIPO Talent Identification
  • Partner with Chief People Officer and People team members to provide solutions for Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Feedback Programs (workforce surveys and listening), and Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Manage Silverline’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Community Service Programs
  • Manage employee relations activities and cases
  • Partner with Silverline India leadership and people resources to establish and manage global standards for talent management process and activities
  • Manage 1-2 people team members and direct work related to Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other core HR process

 

Requirements

  • Record of accomplishment in people management, preferably in a tech environment
  • Previous work experience in environments where you’ve had to play many roles
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that values creative solutions
  • A business-oriented thinker with strong understanding of how HR impacts performance
  • Agile and able to pivot; dealing with unforeseen circumstances and reactions
  • Fluidly moves between being a team leader and team member
  • Succeeds through relationship building and leads through influence without controlling
  • Alignment builder who understands how to achieve buy in from diverse groups
  • Sincere listener with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Patient, approachable, trustworthy, honest, yet always fair and consistent
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience in either a Business Partner/Generalist or Talent role or alternating with HR specialist roles. Must have experience managing employee relations issues
    • Record of accomplishment in people management, preferably in a tech environment
    • Combination of HR experience in the following areas: Organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, employee relations, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, leave management, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, Talent management, conflict resolution, and data analysis
    • Bachelor’s Degree
