Opportunity for Impact

As the first dedicated People position, the Director of People will play a foundational role in building our ability to attract, develop and retain a team that will be defining the future of test automation on a global scale.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own employee growth, satisfaction and experience

  • Create, develop and manage programs for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and development for employees and managers 

  • Develop and manage recruiting strategies to expand talent pipeline

  • Define recruiting metrics and reporting including implementing Applicant Tracking System

  • Roll out and manage our existing benefits

  • Expand and manage DEI initiatives


Professional Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition and/or people operations experience with at least 3+ years in a high-growth SaaS company

  • Demonstrated ability both to run searches individually and to uplevel the skillsets of partner hiring managers.

  • Experience building a People team, including hiring and transitioning responsibilities to align with company growth.

  • Experienced working with distributed and co-located teams

  • Exceptionally results-focused

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change, nimble and responsive in the short-term while driving progress on longer-term initiatives

  • Strong sense of empathy for internal customers’ and candidates’ needs and finds joy in seeing others succeed.
