Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- day-to-day financial operations
- manage company databases and records
- manage financial processes across all departments
- SOW and MSA creation for client projects
- providing strategic insight on financial policy creation and implementation
- implement agency-wide financial processes
- manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes
- all financial related matters and agreements
- manage relationships with vendors and clients from financial standpoint
- ensure financial compliance across all levels
- invoice payment by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment
- obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments
- prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments
- maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls

Job requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel, including data analysis
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work across departments
- A strong work ethic, team player mentality, and a creative mindset
- A talented finance professional who is technically competent is a great communicator and has strong interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic, who can work with autonomy and have a high level of ownership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business judgment and integrity
