STN Digital is a social first marketing agency working with top brands and companies in the sports and entertainment agency. We looking for a GOAT to join the herd as our Finance Coordinator. The Finance Coordinator will assist the Financial Controller in all aspects of financial management, including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, analysis, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies, procedures, auditing, and financial risk management.

 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • day-to-day financial operations
  • manage company databases and records
  • manage financial processes across all departments
  • SOW and MSA creation for client projects
  • providing strategic insight on financial policy creation and implementation
  • implement agency-wide financial processes
  • manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes
  • all financial related matters and agreements
  • manage relationships with vendors and clients from financial standpoint
  • ensure financial compliance across all levels
  • invoice payment by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment
  • obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments
  • prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments
  • maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls

Job requirements 

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel, including data analysis
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work across departments
  • A strong work ethic, team player mentality, and a creative mindset
  • A talented finance professional who is technically competent is a great communicator and has strong interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic, who can work with autonomy and have a high level of ownership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with solid business judgment and integrity
