Job Description

The Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, launching, and managing strategies, tactics, and marketing programs designed to meet growth and brand health objectives.

Responsibilities include…

  • Develop campaigns in line with the marketing/business objectives that reinforce the company’s overall branding and image, and deliver on key KPIs.

  • Collaborate with marketing peers to build a content plan to produce relevant assets for target buyers, including thought leadership, case studies, videos, blogs, and sales enablement materials for all stages of the buyers and marketing journey.

  • Be a market-facing evangelist for the solutions through social media amplification.

  • Collaborate with Ziffity’s principal partner Adobe on joint marketing initiatives, leveraging Adobe’s Marketing hub platform provided to agencies to create targeted campaigns. 

  • Lead the positioning of our offerings to PR agencies.

  • Monitor, evaluate and understand innovative marketing activity within our industry.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience with B2B marketing preferred. Consulting and IT Services experience is a plus.

  • Experience in the development and production of 360-degree marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize data and facts to draw logical and actionable conclusions

  • Strategic and growth-oriented mindset, collaborative working style, and customer-centricity

  • Experience delivering results consistently.

  • Exceptional written, communication, and organizational skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Adaptable and able to work in a constantly changing environment, understanding of company dynamics and experience in working on matrixed environments and know how to get things done

  • Collaboration in working with senior leadership

  • Being a ‘Self-starter’ as this will be a remote work position.

Educational qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Science, Marketing, or equivalent experience; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

  • An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
