We are looking for an experienced leader for our world class Customer Success team. This team is instrumental in ensuring our customers are optimizing their Twilio use cases in the fast growing cloud market.  Customer Success Managers build trusted relationships with customers that ensure successful launches, increase satisfaction, and ultimately drive revenue retention and growth.

  • 10+ Years in a customer facing leadership role 
  • Experience at the VP level leading global teams of scale focused on post-sales success and product enablement for customers.
  • 3+ years experience with a SaaS or other recurring revenue/service business model; experience with a digital communications solution provider such as SMS, email, telecomm, video (preferred) 
  • Strong history of mentorship; you’ve left a legacy of successful and motivated teams.
  • A servant-leader approach to management; you care about your team and their success both as a group and as individuals.
  • Strong operational discipline with an analytical and process-oriented mindset. You take a data-based approach to decision making and assessment.
  • A passion for Customer Engagement and service mentality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

Your will lead and scale a best-in-class global Customer Success team and guide them in delivering product and account support to Twilio customers across a multitude of channels and use cases.   • Support the organization in the on-boarding and launch of new customers and use cases, accelerating time to revenue for the customer and Twilio
  • Accountable for retaining and growing the revenue for existing Twilio customers. Partner with sales leadership to build strong processes and engagement frameworks that will ultimately grow Twilio revenue while providing an ideal customer experience.
  • Attract and retain high-potential Customer Success leaders globally.
  • Achieve operational excellence by continuous measurement and communication of metrics to the team and leadership. 
  • Standardize CSM customer engagement and measure its impact at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of operations and cross functional collaboration with other internal stakeholders.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Partner with the Sports Organization General Manager to develop a customer success strategy and performance targets to meet the line of business’s ambitious goals, with specific  focus on retention, lifetime value, product adoption, and customer happiness.
    • Own and manage the entire customer lifecycle and operational processes which includes onboarding, training, business reviews, contact strategies, customer support, advisory councils, and an executive sponsor program.
    • Represent the voice of our customers to inform and align cross-functional priorities, customer segmentation, product roadmap, and strategy planning.
    • Recruit, manage, and grow a team of customer success managers, product specialists and support specialists organized around customer segmentation.
    • Gather, analyze and use data from every customer interaction to proactively create value for both our customers and TeamSnap.
    • Establish TeamSnap as the industry leader for providing the best, differentiated customer experience on the market. Define team operational metrics and performance-based incentive programs.

    Things that are important:

    • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in SaaS and/or payment companies leading customer-facing organizations. 
    • Proven expertise in building and growing a customer success team.
    • Experience developing recurring revenue business models, measuring value drivers, and analyzing data for decision making. Strong cross-functional skills, matrix stakeholder skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
    • Deep empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
    • Experience creating and managing incentive-based compensation plans.
    • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and coach others.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Comfort with the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and remote teams.
    • Experience with youth sports strongly desired.

    Customer Success Manager
    As a CSM at Rainforest QA you'll play an integral role in our success by growing accounts and building long-term relationships that result in thriving businesses and happy teams!     What you’ll do

    • Own a book of accounts and drive annual renewal and upsell opportunities
    • Act as the trusted advisor to product and development teams looking to ensure quality software delivery to their customers
    • Build value-based relationships with customers ensuring alignment on key goals, from executive sponsor to individual contributor
    • Provide coaching and training to improve adoption and usage of Rainforest within the customer organization

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience working with Product, Development, Engineering, or QA organizations
    • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
    • Track record of deploying a consultative and solution-oriented approach for customers

    • Experience working closely with C-level executives within customer organizations

    Purpose Under minimal supervision, manage a portfolio of complex commercial partnerships with senior executives at a variety of large customers including Fortune 500 companies and government organizations.
