Sigital is seeking an experienced, ServiceNow technical consultant with a focus on implementations in the IT Service Management and Project & Portfolio Management applications. This is a hands-on role capable of leading technical implementations to ensure customer engagements are successfully delivered.

- The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of technical experience as a ServiceNow technical consultant as well as demonstrable experience with successfully delivering customer implementations of ServiceNow ITSM and PPM applications.
- The candidate will understand information ITSM/PPM processes and have the ability to guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements.
- The candidate will have experience configuring integrations between ServiceNow via REST/SOAP web services and other applications.
- A current CIS-ITSM and/or CIS-PPM is required.
