If so then we'd love for you to join the Mailshake team as a Customer Success Manager.
With our blog and free sales training courses generating 100,000+ unique visits every month you’ll be responsible for onboarding new Mailshake customers.
Our team is foremost focused on thrilling end-users and creating value for the company. Our team is 100% remote, so we work fairly independently. We love to chat on Slack and Zoom and we meet up ~2 times a year. We have maternity/paternity leave, flexible schedules, and other perks that come with a fully remote company. Mailshake has taken zero outside investment -- we are profitable, bootstrapped, and proud.
Host 1:1 Mailshake onboarding calls
Host live trainings (webinars) with Q&A every week showing how to use Mailshake
Prove value in our higher tiered pricing plans and annual upgrades to customers by owning upsell and cross sell metrics
Help reduce customer churn through effective onboarding
We’d like for you to bring 1-3 years of experience as a CSM to Mailshake
You should be comfortable hosting webinars/live trainings to dozens of participants
You should have excellent empathy skills, be organized, driven and be eager to help customers learn how Mailshake can help them grow their business.
To succeed in hosting demos and webinars you’ll need to have positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
Prior experience with a CRM and other sales automation tools is a big plus.
Native English speaker & USA based (sorry no digital nomads).
This is a full-time remote role and you’ll need to work 40+ hour weeks Monday - Friday ideally in Eastern or Central Standard Time but will consider all USA time zones.
