As a Digistore24 Client Success Supporter, you will be hands-on in helping our top clients transform their businesses by providing key technical and non-technical support for them every step of the way.

We are looking for a great problem solver who understandably explains complex issues, and having a passion for internet and digital marketing is an absolute PLUS!

You don't have to be a computer technician, but you must be motivated to learn about technical topics and support our top clients’ needs.

 
Do You Have What It Takes?
  • Must have experience in dealing with customers and know how vital providing empathetic and transparent service is.
  • Able to get to the root of problems quickly and shine with well-thought-out data-proven solutions you have tested in advance.
  • Can break down complex issues and explain them in an easy to understand way.
  • Clearly and accurately communicate precise and vital information in a recipient-friendly manner.
  • You’ll need to be self-sufficient, think logically, and have an excellent technical understanding of online marketing.
  • Work Efficiently and independently in web applications, new specialist areas, and marketing platforms. And learn these applications as if they are second nature thoroughly.
  • You take responsibility for your mistakes and rejoice in your team and clients’ successes.
  • Know WordPress and basic understanding of HTML & CSS.
 
Here’s What Your Typical Day Looks Like As A Team Member of “Digistore24”
  1. After planning and sorting out your tasks for the day, you check your emails.
  2. You notice that a customer thanks you for helping launch their new online course.
  3. Then you resolve a series of inquiries about the new Zapier integration and help a customer customize his order form. The result: more conversions and another happy customer.
  4. In the early afternoon, you will join a weekly team call. You will be informed about any new developments at Digistore24 to make our software even better.
  5. During your lunch break, you go for a walk with your dog or feed the cat, and get lunch at your favorite local restaurant around the corner.
  6. After your lunch, you come back in a great mood to solve an affiliate’s tricky tracking problem. After a few problem-solving tests, you post the issue in the team chat, and a co-worker promptly offers to help. After a short call, you can solve the problem - that's remote teamwork!
  7. ...Is it evening already? You set your Slack status to "absent" and finish for the day feeling great that you are helping our clients launch their online businesses

Onboarding:
  1. We will get you started with all the training, knowledge, and technology to succeed in your job.
  2. Even before your first day begins, we will send you all the necessary work materials, including state-of-the-art technology, to your home.
  3. To better understand our product performance, you will spend your first weeks at Digistore24 in the Customer Happiness team. In the first two weeks, you will work closely with our products’ customer support division and our product division in the third and fourth week.
  4. After that, your onboarding as a Client Success Supporter beings. You are now officially on the team, and you will start your professional training in our software.
  5. We will give you all the knowledge you need to succeed with confidence!
